1July 1989 to May 2004 Assistant lecturer, lecturer and senior lecturer of Dalian Railway Driver School.

From June 2004 to February 2006, he was a senior lecturer at Dalian Training Center of Shenyang Railway Bureau.

From March 2006 to August 2007, he was a senior lecturer at the School of Rail Transit, Dalian Jiaotong University.
