It takes 5 ~ 10 minutes every day. This practice usually takes 30 to 60 minutes to become proficient. Note: In the process of children practicing exhaling, inhaling and holding their breath, it should be repeatedly emphasized that the hand holding the nose is not allowed to loosen without authorization.

2. On the premise of completing 1, start the following steps. Let children wear goggles, nose clips (or hold their noses with their hands) and earplugs when taking a bath every day to adjust the water temperature. Rinse the child's face with water 1 ~ 2 seconds, and move away (gradually increase the time). Remind children to open their eyes loudly when taking a bath! Remind the child loudly to exhale through his mouth after taking a bath. Repeat this process (the child may cry at the beginning of this process, and your determination is the key to success). Each time it takes 5 ~ 10 minutes. When children study, they gradually remove earplugs, nose clips and goggles. Until the child will hit himself with water. This kind of exercise usually takes 60 ~ 300 minutes to become proficient.

3. On the premise of completing 2, fill a washbasin with water every day to teach children to suffocate. Wear goggles, nose clips and earplugs, and the time will gradually advance from short to long. Note: When the child is bored, loudly remind the child to open his eyes and shut up, and don't exhale. When he looks up, loudly remind him to exhale first. How to judge whether a child is open? The practice of stifling water requires putting your ears into the water. Usually children aged 2-5 can hold their breath for 8- 15 seconds. 4. On the premise of completing 3, teach the child to exhale in the water and look up and inhale. When exhaling, loudly remind the child to exhale with his mouth closed! If you want to spit it all out, you can't just spit it out in your mouth. Gradually complete continuous exhalation and inhalation. Proficiency standard is to complete 30 inhalation and exhalation processes in 20 seconds. This kind of exercise usually takes 300 ~ 600 minutes to become proficient.

1. Choose a swimming pool carefully.

We don't recommend taking the baby to the hot springs. As far as we know, some hot springs have a low frequency of changing water.
