(4) Develop cold chain work management system, establish and improve cold chain equipment files (including instructions, certificates, warranty forms, etc. ), and fill in the "cold chain equipment file table".

(5) Record the temperature of cold chain equipment for vaccine storage and keep it for 2 years for future reference.

(6) Regularly inspect, maintain and update cold chain equipment and facilities to ensure that they meet the specified requirements.
