In order to strengthen skills training and better implement the "internet plus Vocational Skills Training Plan", Qichun County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau actively responded to the spirit of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security's relevant documents on developing online vocational skills training and made bold innovations.

Combined with the strategic goal of high-quality development of mugwort industry in Qichun County and the demand of employees' employment skills, we actively developed online training courses and tried the mode of "Internet plus vocational skills training" for the first time to train professional skills of mugwort moxibustion practitioners.
