Training content:

The college has set up a team of instructors with rich experience in teaching and training, made a detailed training plan, and selected 13 candidates from the players who won the first prize in the eighth nursing skill competition for centralized training.

The training content is based on 40 knowledge points of 9 courses, including internal and external surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, first aid, elderly, community, basic nursing and health assessment, which are determined by the organizing Committee of the competition, so as to promote the contestants to lay a solid theoretical foundation and be proficient in operating procedures. On this basis, comprehensive training is carried out from the aspects of integrating theory with practice, analyzing and solving problems, improvising, teamwork ability, psychological quality and humanistic quality.

During the training period, the assessment of students should be strengthened, including case analysis, operational level, humanistic care, clinical thinking, epidemic prevention and control, psychological quality and language expression. After two rounds of intensive training and selection and elimination, four outstanding players were finally selected to participate in the competition.
