According to the articles of association, the Council of the Association has held five general elections, and now it is the sixth Council, including 43 executive directors and 89 directors. There are five professional committees and secretariats for municipal engineering construction, municipal facilities maintenance, construction consultation, engineering quality supervision and urban road lighting.
