During the period of safe production, the company shall organize technical experts and specialized personnel to go deep into the production site in two ways to train the managers and operators of grass-roots teams and stations in safety, equipment and technology, supplemented by theory, and send the training to the production site; At the same time, the safety technology seminar and analysis training meeting will be held in different regions, and the technicians of various project departments and drilling teams will be trained in strict well control and complex accident prevention to ensure safe and rapid construction; For some special equipment, relevant departments and factory personnel go deep into the front line to provide special training on the use and maintenance of the equipment. At the same time, we should make use of the production site to combine the apprenticeship system with "on-the-job training", and the master should teach the apprentice the actual operation by hand to ensure the training quality. According to the actual situation of employee training, focusing on job skills training, improve employees' operational skills and practical ability. In order to realize the transformation from strengthening theory to improving skills, technicians and operators are required to start with the basis of "touching technology, drawing technology and remembering parameters", focusing on the training of production technology and equipment operation procedures to improve employees' production operation and accident handling ability.
