The relevant arrangements are hereby notified as follows:

First, the enrollment object and conditions:

1, national enrollment.

2. Recruiting seamen on duty, technicians on duty or senior seamen and technicians on duty has accumulated maritime qualifications of not less than 18 months.

3. Please go to the crew information maintenance system of the Maritime Safety Administration to maintain the crew appointment and dismissal information before registration. The system shows that you can only register if you meet the qualification of 18 months as a sailor/mechanic on duty.

Second, the registration and start time:

2. Registration: At the time of registration, the original and photocopy of my ID card, the original and photocopy of the seaman/mechanic job certificate and seaman service book, a two-inch photo (meeting the requirements of the Maritime Safety Administration) and the fees to be paid shall be presented for registration.
