1. Soak the sliced meat in the barbecue sauce 10~ 15 minutes.
2. Stir-fry shredded onion in hot oil in the pot, stir-fry over medium heat until transparent, pour in rice sauce and boil for later use.
3. Take a pot and fry the meat slices with slow fire. (Forced butter can be used for cooking)
4. Put fragrant rice and white rice into a large bowl, pour the seasoning (step 2) on the white rice, then spread the barbecue (step 3), sprinkle some white sesame seeds and open it!
