First of all, TestDaF
I believe that most international students will choose TestDaF, which is what we often call the Telford exam. This is a language proficiency test recognized by all universities in Germany, and its position in the English proficiency test is equivalent to TOEFL and IELTS.
The Telford exam is mainly aimed at students studying in Germany or German-speaking countries and ordinary people who want to prove their German level.
Test scores are divided into three grades, namely grade three, grade four and grade five, with grade five being the highest. If you want to study in a German university, you must reach at least CET-4. Students who get the fifth grade in Telford can adapt to all university studies.
Different grades correspond to different scores. The content of the Telford test is divided into four parts: listening, speaking, reading and writing, with a perfect score of 5 for each subject. The requirement of CET-4 is 4 points in each subject, with a total score of 16, so that you can apply for a German university.
The requirements of individual colleges and majors will be higher, especially high-quality colleges and language majors. Because German is difficult to learn, most international students are admitted conditionally. After training, they will not enter formal study until their German level has passed.
Second, DSH.
In addition to TestDaF, DSH is also an important language test in Germany. The full name of DSH is the German Entrance Examination for Foreign Applicants in German Universities. Different from Telford, DSH is organized by German universities alone, but its investigation mode is basically the same.
DSH is mainly aimed at students studying in Germany. It is worth noting that the results of DSH you studied in a certain school are recognized by all universities in Germany.
Before attending DSH, you can go to the German Center to study. DSH consists of written test and oral test, which mainly examines students' written understanding and organizational ability.
DSH is also divided into three grades, namely, DSH 1, DSH2 and DSH3. Those who reach DSH2 can enter the school directly.
Third, Telc
Europeans? Language? Certificates (Telc for short), the Chinese name for European Language Examination, has a German examination system, which is highly recognized throughout Europe and can basically apply for all German-speaking countries.
There are many achievements in Telc, such as A 1, A2, B 1, B2, C 1, C2, but Germany only recognizes the achievements of Tecl C 1 Hochschule.
