Why does the bag filter have condensation?
There are generally five kinds of condensation phenomena caused by bag filter. 1. When the flue gas temperature treated by the dust collector is close to or lower than the dew point temperature, condensation will also occur. 2, pulse blowing gas temperature is too low. 3. The moisture content in the flue gas is too high. 4. If there is air leakage in the dust collector, a large amount of cold air from the outside will be sucked into the dust collector, which will lead to a sharp drop in the local air temperature of the dust collector, and moisture in the air will precipitate, resulting in condensation. 5. The heat preservation effect of the pulse bag filter shell is poor, and there is no heat preservation measure. 6. The bag of the pulse bag filter does not use the water-repellent and oil-repellent bag, which makes the bag of the filter very easy to coagulate and paste.
