Article 5 Before working independently, special operators must carry out special safety technology theory study and practical operation training suitable for their own jobs. Units that have obtained training qualifications shall be audited by the original examination and approval authority every five years 1 time.

The unit responsible for the training of special operations personnel shall have the corresponding conditions, and shall be examined and approved by the comprehensive management departments of production safety of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government or the comprehensive management departments of production safety at the municipal level entrusted by them.
