On September 7th, 2008, I was lucky enough to get together with preschool teachers from all regions of the province in xx Kindergarten Teachers College to participate in the "National Training Program" (20xx), which is a full-time alternative training for key kindergarten teachers in Shanxi Province. First of all, I am very grateful to the country for building this learning platform for us, and also thank the leaders for letting me participate in this rare national training study. I'm really honored. The national training is coming to an end, and I have benefited a lot from my study during this period. During the training period, the special lectures given by teachers, experts and directors of xx Kindergarten opened my eyes, and I received another ideological baptism here.
During the two-month study, the teachers of xx Preschool Teachers' College arranged a number of topics for us scientifically and reasonably, from national policies to the interpretation of pre-school education politics and law, from educational ideas and thoughts to the solution of teaching difficulties. Every lecture is wonderful! At the same time, we also arranged spare-time activities such as watching movies and going out to visit.
I. Wonderful lectures by experts
The experts' lectures covered a lot of content. They use rich humorous language and profound knowledge to impart advanced teaching concepts and teaching ideas to students, which has changed my old teaching concepts. I was also impressed by the wonderful case analysis. What the experts taught me is not only real theoretical knowledge, but also an idea, a realm and a direction of hard work. I think there are still many problems to be solved, and we need to accumulate and learn constantly.

The teachers of xx Kindergarten are all very amiable. Their lectures are either passionate or tactful. The combination of theory and practical cases, humorous and rigorous, made me realize the teaching style of famous teachers and the love and responsibility of ethnic teachers. The teacher brought us many video clips, which inspired me a lot. Some of them are very consistent with our classroom teaching. Let's enjoy them together and communicate in appreciation. There is still a long way to go in Xiu Yuan, and I will have a lot of room to go up and down!
Third, going to kindergarten to study, let me know more intuitively what "preschool education reform" is. Walking into the kindergarten attached to the kindergarten teacher, you will see a beautiful environment. Lively and lovely children happily follow the teacher to do morning exercises. Teachers who carry out teaching activities are also excellent. The teachers are affable and versatile, and decorate all areas of the classroom beautifully and exquisitely. Among them, colorful theme walls and youth works exhibition areas are worth learning.
This training has made me have a deeper understanding of the sacredness of teachers' profession, and teachers shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating the next generation for the motherland. Although I can't fully absorb the lectures of experts and famous teachers, their advanced educational ideas and unique teaching ideas play a leading and guiding role in my future education and teaching work. In my future work, I will slowly "digest" the knowledge I have learned and accumulated experience, and then integrate these "high nutrition" knowledge into my future work. I will apply what I have learned and combine the actual situation of our park to make the training achievements shine in the development of education!
In this short study time, I seem to have been baptized from the inside out, which is a shock to my heart and a change of my concept, but I feel happy and full, because I can hear lectures from authoritative experts on different courses every day and feel the collision of ideological sparks every day. Many questions that have been bothering me for a long time suddenly became clear after listening to the lecture. In the process of listening to the class, I feel that some of my deep-rooted knowledge has been impacted, which has always stimulated my thirst for knowledge and innovative consciousness. I was deeply impressed: he let me know what "action in early childhood education" is. Focusing on the principle of action research, he skillfully expounded the principle, level and process of educational action research with cases. He asked us to actively participate in research in teaching, reflect on it, grow up in it and improve our professional quality. In fact, there are many problems worth studying in the usual educational work, but the problems that imply the essence of education are often ignored by us.
After listening to this lecture, I reflected on my thinking habits and made me realize that if I want to make my work interesting from monotony, I should embark on the road of doing some research. I once again understand the law of children's development, and re-understand what is the scientific concept of children's development, the responsibilities of professional teachers, and how to be a professional kindergarten teacher. Starting with how to understand the quality of kindergarten education, this paper deeply analyzes the important factors that determine the quality of kindergarten education, among which the relationship between teachers and students, teachers' attitudes and behaviors, and the arrangement of learning activities are the key. Preschool children's education should not only conform to the law of children's natural development, but also make children's development meet the social requirements. Professional teachers should understand children's interests and development needs and master the procedures and laws of children's development. Let me realize that my previous practice deviated from the law of children's development, and the reason why I catered to parents was because I lacked theoretical knowledge and theoretical support.
Only when teachers are professional can they be persuasive, withstand the impact of external forces, have the strength to persist and be respected. Classroom seminars have brought me spiritual enlightenment. Secondly, what I learned from the communication with my peers: I also gained from my classmates in the training. They let me appreciate the elegance of kindergarten teachers from all over the world. When the expert's question is thrown, the students can respond in a few seconds. To quote Kan Kan, their speeches are closely related to the topic and advanced at different levels, which is very logical. What they say casually is as organized as my thoughtful article. They are familiar with the guiding principles and working procedures of kindergartens, and they are also very familiar with the views and ideas of the predecessors of preschool education. In my mind, these are just places where early childhood education in China is not very developed, and the professional quality of teachers is not bad at all. So how professional will the teachers in the frontier areas of preschool education development such as Shanghai, Nanjing and Jiangsu be, and how big is the gap between myself and them? Their solid professionalism, profound theoretical knowledge and professionalism moved me. At the education salon, when talking about the growth of teachers, a director put forward the view that every teacher needs some time to grow up. We can wait, but the growth of children can't wait. How to accelerate the growth of teachers and benefit every child is a problem I have been studying. When talking about how to improve theoretical literacy, a teacher told us that her method is reading-recording-practice-reflection. When discussing how to be a good teacher, a teacher said: A teacher who always has children in his heart and childlike innocence in his heart is a good teacher. These remarks and practices are centered on the growth of young children and deeply touched me. Every day's discussion can make me feel the collision of sparks, constantly reminding me that as a teacher, what I have done is far from enough, and I really should study hard, otherwise I will be abandoned by the times.
Third, the action after the heartbeat
Someone concluded: "Training is-getting excited during training, getting excited after training, and staying still after coming back". This may be a true portrayal of many trainings, but I believe this national training will be an exception. After I come back, I will give feedback to the leaders and teachers of the park about the ongoing activities of "Contrast Teaching in Class and Visiting Thousands of Households after Class" in Hubei Province, focusing on the following aspects. Combined with the reality of our park, I made a detailed report on the weak links of our park: early reading activities, scientific activities based on curriculum integration, gamification of music teaching and game area activities. In the report, I will analyze the reasons for the poor work in the above four aspects, including various subjective and objective reasons, and try to list the detailed measures and strategies to solve these problems.
National training has given me happiness, knowledge and hope. The training is over and a new job has begun. As a teacher, in this training, I deeply realized that in the new era and new educational background, only by further updating the educational concept, improving teaching methods, teaching behaviors and teaching means, expanding the knowledge, perfecting the knowledge structure, learning in practice, making progress in reflection and improving the professional level, is our growth path and the biggest gain.

Bright classrooms, delicious meals, clean and warm dormitories and colorful practical activities have made me feel at home, and I have realized the unprecedented attention and concern of the state for preschool education, and I am ecstatic. 15 days of training seems to be too short. When I left, I had too many feelings and gains, thanks and nostalgia; 15 days of training is very long, which has had a profound impact on me and guided my future efforts.

But when I really became a kindergarten teacher, I was surprised to find that my professional primary and secondary school teacher was not a qualified professional kindergarten teacher. In the process of reflection and confusion, the guidance of Professor Feng, Dean of Xi 'an University of Arts and Sciences, helped me find the way forward.
