A, the operator must be familiar with the machine tool structure, performance, transmission system, lubricating parts, electrical and other basic knowledge and maintenance methods, the operator must pass the examination before operation.
Second, things to do before work:
1. Check whether the oil quantity in the oil storage part of the lubrication system meets the requirements. 2. You must fasten your clothes, wear sleeves, wear working caps and protective glasses, check the correctness of the handle position at work, and keep changing the handle in the positioning position. It is forbidden to wear scarves, gloves, skirts, sandals and high heels to work at the post. It is forbidden to wear gloves at work. 3. Check the fuselage, guide rail and main sliding surface. If there are obstacles, tools, wood powder and impurities, they must be cleaned, wiped and oiled. 4. Check the workbench, guide rail and main sliding surface for new pulling, grinding and bumping phenomena, and make records.
5. Check that the safety protection, braking (stopping) and reversing device should be complete and in good condition. 6. Check whether the operating valve and switch are in the non-working position. Whether it is flexible, accurate and reliable. 7. Check whether the tool is in the non-working position. Check whether the knives and blades are loose and whether the operation panel is abnormal.
8. Check that the distribution box should be closed firmly and the electrical grounding is good.
Third, work hard: 1. Stick to your post, operate carefully, and don't do anything unrelated to your work. Stop when you leave the machine tool for something. 2. Processing shall be carried out according to the process regulations. It is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the feed speed and cutting speed. It is not allowed to use the equipment out of specification, overload or overweight.
3. Cutters and workpieces should be correctly clamped and firmly fixed. Do not touch the equipment during loading and unloading. 4. It is not allowed to install thimbles and tool sets. It is inconsistent with the taper or aperture of the main shaft of the equipment, and has nicks and unclean surfaces.
5. Check the movement of the first workpiece to be processed and prevent tool interference in the order of "idling".
6. The storage tools should be replaced in time. 7. Before the milling cutter leaves the workpiece, it is not allowed to stop. 8. Do not dismantle the safety protection device on the machine tool without authorization, and the equipment without safety protection device is not allowed to work. 9. When driving, tools or other irrelevant items shall not be placed on the workbench, and the operator shall be careful not to make the tools collide with the workbench.
10. Always remove wood flour and oil stains from the equipment, and keep the guide surface, sliding surface, rotating surface and positioning datum surface clean.
165438+ 12. In case of equipment accident, immediately press the emergency stop button to keep the accident scene and report it to the maintenance department for analysis and handling.
13. It is forbidden to clean wood flour by hand at work, and special tools for cleaning wood flour must be used to avoid accidents.
14. Before automatic operation, confirm the setting of tool compensation value and workpiece origin.
15. The milling cutter must be clamped. 16. Cutting should be used within the torque and power range of each shaft and spindle. 17. When loading, unloading and measuring the workpiece, move the tool to a safe position and stop the spindle; Ensure that the workpiece is machined in the clamped state.
18. When using fast feed, pay attention to the workbench to avoid accidents. 19. When loading and unloading heavy parts such as large pieces need to be carried by many people, the actions should be coordinated, pay attention to safety and avoid accidents.
20. After each startup, you must first return to the machine reference point. 2 1. When loading and unloading, aligning measuring tools, fastening spindle nuts and cleaning equipment, the machine must be stopped.
22. The parts must be clamped, and the shim must be flat to avoid loosening and accidents. 23. When the program runs for the first time, try to cut it with the handwheel, so as to avoid programming errors and damage to the knife and machine tool!
24. Blunt objects and excessive feed depth and feed speed are not allowed for processing. 25. When driving, you are not allowed to touch the machined surface and the cutter with your hands. When removing sawdust, use a brush, and do not blow it with your mouth or wipe it with cotton yarn.
26. At work, the operator shall not leave his post. If they need to leave, they should stop no matter how long it takes to avoid accidents.
27. When operating the machine tool in manual mode, it is necessary to prevent the spindle and cutter from colliding with the equipment or fixture. When operating the equipment computer, only one person is allowed to operate, and others are not allowed to touch the keys. 28. Before running the program for automatic processing, the equipment must be idle. During idling operation, the Z direction must be raised to a safe height.
29. When there is an emergency in automatic processing, immediately press the reset or emergency stop button. When the alarm number appears on the display screen, first find out the alarm reason, take corresponding measures, and then cancel the alarm before operating.
30. Before starting the equipment, the protective door of the machine tool must be closed. When the machine tool is running, do not open the protective door at will.
Fourth, after doing a good job:
1. Turn the mechanically operated valves and switches to the non-working position.
2. Stop the operation of the equipment and cut off the power supply and air supply.
3. Remove iron filings, clean the work site and carefully wipe the machine tool. Refueling and maintenance of guide surface, rotating sliding surface, positioning datum plane, workbench, etc. It is forbidden to wipe the machine tool with dirty cotton sand with sawdust to avoid pulling the guide surface of the machine tool.
4. Carefully fill the machine tool problems found in the class into the handover record book, and do a good job of handover.
