The principle of powder spraying control is to make the upper and lower sheets just not stick to the effective parts of printing. The amount of powder used at this time is the best, mainly because the ink on the printing surface has not been completely dried. If the ink is dry, there is no point in dust removal. When checking the printed paper, checking the powder spraying amount is a basic job of the printer. This kind of work mostly adopts visual inspection. If it is found that the powder spraying is uneven or less, it should be adjusted in time. If it is used improperly or for other reasons, the powder spraying device will sometimes have troubles such as poor powder discharge or even blockage.
