How to use dusting reasonably
Generally, printing machines are equipped with corresponding powder spraying devices, so as to spray powder when printing products with thick ink layer, slow drying speed or exquisite and high-grade products, so as to prevent papers from sticking or staining each other. High-quality electronic powder spraying has become the standard of high-end printing machines, which not only improves the printing quality (the powder is more evenly distributed on the printed matter and the powder amount is more reasonable), but also saves the powder amount and reduces the dust. The electronic powder spraying device is more humanized, and the range and time of powder spraying can be adjusted according to the size of paper through the touch screen, thus further ensuring the quality of printed matter.

Sometimes, in order to reduce the problem of sticky dirt on the back of printed matter, the operator adopts the method of increasing powder spraying, which will affect the gloss of printed matter, pollute the working environment, increase the dirt on the paper receiving part, cause serious wear and tear, and have adverse effects on printed matter and machines.

The principle of powder spraying control is to make the upper and lower sheets just not stick to the effective parts of printing. The amount of powder used at this time is the best, mainly because the ink on the printing surface has not been completely dried. If the ink is dry, there is no point in dust removal. When checking the printed paper, checking the powder spraying amount is a basic job of the printer. This kind of work mostly adopts visual inspection. If it is found that the powder spraying is uneven or less, it should be adjusted in time. If it is used improperly or for other reasons, the powder spraying device will sometimes have troubles such as poor powder discharge or even blockage. Good daily maintenance and correct use can avoid or reduce the blockage of powder spraying device.
