Contents of teacher training plan
1. The construction of teaching staff is the key to the development of school education, teaching and various undertakings, and it is the foundation and guarantee for talents to strengthen the school and enhance its core competitiveness. This school year, our school has formulated a teacher training plan in combination with the spirit of the superior documents and the actual situation of our school.

2. Adhere to the guidance of the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, thoroughly implement the spirit of educational planning outlines at all levels, and aim at educating people with satisfaction; Focusing on improving teachers' professional quality, integrating teaching, training and scientific research can effectively promote the improvement of teachers' professional quality.

Through effective training, change teachers' professional concept, expand teachers' professional knowledge and improve teachers' professional ability; Through training, we will create a good environment conducive to teachers' lifelong learning and sustainable development, cultivate a team of teachers with high professional ethics, excellent professional quality and strong teaching and scientific research ability, adapt to the needs of new curriculum reform in the new period, and promote the connotation development of the school.

4. The principle of comprehensiveness. The design of training content should start from the actual needs of teachers, covering professional concepts, professional knowledge, professional ability and school education management, and strive to combine continuity with stages, improve theoretical literacy with educational practice ability, and combine the objective requirements of educational development with the actual needs of teachers' education. At the training level, we will focus on promoting teachers' literacy training, young teachers' training, backbone teachers' training and cadre team training, further enriching training forms and enhancing training effectiveness.

5. Training content: strengthen theoretical study, update educational concepts, and grasp the pulse of educational reform and cutting-edge theories; Carry out the education of teachers' morality and style, constantly standardize teachers' moral behavior, and enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of teaching and educating people and being a teacher; Carry out teachers' mental health education, constantly improve teachers' personality and cultivate teachers' positive attitude towards life.

6. Assessment method: establish a registration system for teacher training hours and combine it with professional title evaluation. Training at or above the district level shall be uniformly registered according to the standards of the teaching and research section, and the hours of school-based training shall be determined by the school according to the actual hours of teachers' participation in school-based training. In-service teacher training over 45 years old (inclusive) is not less than 48 hours per year, and in-service teacher training under 45 years old is not less than 72 hours per year, which is a necessary condition for teachers' excellent annual assessment. Those who pass the annual assessment will be awarded special rewards for performance pay assessment (3 points), and those who fail will not score.
