In this training, some leaders of the municipal party Committee took time out of their busy schedules to give us counseling. They analyzed the current work situation from different angles and put forward requirements for our future work, which inspired me greatly and benefited me a lot. Through the study and discussion in the training class, I further realized that strengthening study is the need for us to further improve our working ability. Only by strengthening study can we understand and master advanced concepts and methods, learn from others' strengths and make up for our own shortcomings. Because my work is complicated, I always use busyness as an excuse to relax my study. Even if I study, it is only superficial learning. After attending entrepreneurship training, I realized that entrepreneurship is not an easy task, nor can it be done by hobbies alone. You need to be fully prepared before starting a business. Blind entrepreneurship without preparation can only be a case of failure.
I have imagined many kinds of futures, doing this ordinary job in a well-paid enterprise, doing the same thing day after day, or becoming a civil servant. I also wanted to be a boss and have my own career. However, everything is just my imagination. I am still me. In entrepreneurship training, I believe that if I have a dream, I must work hard to realize it. I am glad that I can attend the entrepreneurship training class, so that I can learn more and re-examine my plan. In this process, we learned what an enterprise is. Only by better understanding the definition of enterprise can we better control it. The lecturer's explanation was also in place, and I learned a lot. After studying, every student who takes part in the training class should start his own business and make a detailed business plan. To start a business, we must consider the feasibility of the venture project and do a complete market survey. Any enterprise can do it if it doesn't want to, and it should consider how much market this project occupies, how much room for development, whether it can be successful to invest in this project, how many people will do it, and what advantages it has in the whole market.

I felt lucky at the moment I received the notice; I think I am very happy to get encouragement and blessings from my relatives and friends around me. Although the induction training is only five days, the course arrangement is compact and the content is substantial, which makes me gain a lot and benefit a lot.

They can teach in person, which shows that leaders at all levels of the company attach importance to our new employees.
