Installation of ball mill

The ball mill should be installed on a solid concrete foundation. For the foundation design and construction of the ball mill, please refer to the assembly drawing and foundation drawing of the ball mill. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of each part of the ball mill does not change greatly during use, the foundation of the ball mill should adopt an integral structure. After the compressive strength of the ball mill reaches more than 75%, it can be installed on the concrete foundation. Before installation, the quality of foundation shall be checked to ensure that there are no defects affecting the strength of concrete, the number and location of reserved holes meet the requirements, and there are no sundries, water and oil stains in the reserved holes. When installing by "ground wire method", the "central target" should be embedded in the foundation surface. Draw all center lines on the basis of pre-installation, and make eye-catching punching marks on the "center target" as the center line benchmark during installation. Before hoisting, the parts of the ball mill should be fully accepted, and the problems should be handled in time.

1. Clean the interior of the workshop and remove all machines and tools for construction. 2. Check and clean the ball mill equipment itself (1) for articles and sundries; (2) Whether there are sundries at the inlet and outlet of the ball mill and in the dust suction pipe (3) Cleaning the ball mill bearing and the outer cylinder of the mill; (4) Clean coupling parts, ball mill bearings, reducers and motors; (5) Blow the inside of the motor clean with compressed air, and check whether there are sundries inside the motor.

3, oil pipeline flushing, generally with filtered 40# engine oil and 20% antirust agent flushing. First, remove the oil pipe leading to the equipment and seal the oil inlet of the equipment with a blind plate. Connect the oil inlet pipe leading to the equipment with the oil outlet pipe, flush it with the circulating oil pump, and check it on the oil filter screen of the oil tank until there is no impurity on the oil filter screen, and then it can be considered that the flushing in the oil pipe is qualified. Then, the oil pipe is also cleaned by circulating oil pump and connected to the ball mill equipment.

4. Check the fastening degree of the anchor bolts and liner bolts of the ball mill item by item. Check the power supply voltage and control the reliability of ball mill equipment. Remove the connecting bolts or connecting parts of the coupling between the motor of the ball mill and the reducer, and between the reducer and the mill, so that all parts of the ball mill can rotate independently.

5. Before the ball mill is put into trial operation, run the high-pressure oil pump, lift the ball mill with high-pressure oil film to form a float, reduce the torque of the ball mill, and then inject oil into the bearings and lubrication parts of the ball mill.

6. Check whether the cooling water pipe is blocked. Before the ball mill is put into trial operation, open the cooling water pipe joint to flush the pipeline until the cooling water is clean. Trial operation requires trial operation in the order of motor of ball mill, combination of motor and reducer and combination of reducer and ball mill. China's "Provisional Technical Specification for Installation and Construction Acceptance of Cement Machinery and Equipment" 7-62 stipulates that the motor will idle for 4 hours, with reducer for 8 hours and ball mill for 24 hours. Ball mill spindle and transmission shaft bearing temperature does not exceed 55℃, reducer rolling bearing temperature does not exceed 70℃, it is considered qualified. At present, there are no clear regulations abroad. Generally, after two or three hours of operation, the temperature rise and vibration of the ball mill are kept within the specified range, which is considered qualified. Common problems and treatment measures

1, when the ball mill is running, there is a regular knocking sound, which is very loud. Some cylinder liner bolts are not tightened. When the ball mill rotates, the liner hits the grinding cylinder of the ball mill. Judge the position of the lining plate of the ball mill according to the sound, find out the loose bolts and tighten them respectively.

2, ball mill and motor bearing temperature rise, beyond the prescribed. If the local or total temperature is too high, try to touch the bearing by hand, and check and treat the ball mill from the following points.

(1) Check the lubricating points of each part of the ball mill to see whether the brand of lubricating oil used is consistent with the factory instructions of the equipment. (2) Check whether the lubricating oil and grease of the ball mill are deteriorated. (3) Check whether the lubrication pipeline of the ball mill is blocked, or the lubricating oil does not directly enter the lubrication point, and the insufficient oil quantity causes fever. (4) The side clearance of the ball mill bearing shell is too small, the clearance between the bearing shell and the shaft is too large, and there are too many contact points, so a uniform oil film cannot be formed on the bearing shell. (5) There is too much or too little grease in the rolling bearing of the ball mill, and too many rollers stir the grease to generate heat, which is not easy to escape. If the poor lubrication is too little, it should be fully oiled as required, and the general bearing clearance 1/3 ~ 1/2 is more appropriate. (6) The sealing device of the hollow shaft at both ends of the grinding body of the ball mill is too tight, or the iron parts of the sealing body are in direct contact with the shaft. The above problems should be dealt with according to their causes, except that the side clearance of the bearing bush is too small or the contact angle at the bottom is too large, so it is necessary to jack up the grinding cylinder with a hydraulic jack, pull out the bearing bush from one side of the shaft and scrape the tile mouth separately. 3. The bearing of the ball mill reducer is hot: besides checking the temperature rise of the ball mill bearing, check whether the exhaust hole of the reducer is blocked to clear the exhaust hole.

4. After the motor with reducer of ball mill is started, it vibrates. The main reason is that (1) the gap between the two wheels of the ball mill coupling is too small to compensate for the channeling caused by the self-seeking core when the motor is started. (2) The ball mill coupling alignment method is wrong, resulting in eccentricity of two shafts. (3) The connecting bolts of the ball mill coupling are not tightened symmetrically, so the fastening force is different. (4) ball mill bearing outer ring activity. Treatment: Adjust the wheelset clearance according to regulations to make the two shafts concentric. Tighten the connecting bolts of the coupling symmetrically with the same torque. When the rotor is unbalanced, pull out the rotor of the ball mill and find another static balance. 5. When the reducer of the ball mill drives the mill, the vibration is great: (1) The axis of the balance shaft between the ball mill and the reducer is not in a straight line, which is caused by the following reasons: when the liner is installed in the mill, the secondary grouting is not carried out, or the anchor bolt after the secondary grouting is not fastened properly, and the barrel of the mill is rotated by the winch, so that one end of the mill barrel is displaced and the two shafts are not in a straight line, causing the reducer to drive the mill. Treatment: Re-adjust to make the axes of ball mill and reducer on the same plane axis. (2) The large ball mill is bulky and heavy, which makes the foundation sink; Displacement occurs. Set monitoring settlement points beside the foundation; Observe, find that there is sinking, and adjust. 6. Abnormal operation sound of ball mill reducer: The normal operation sound of ball mill reducer should be even and stable. If the gear has slight knocking sound or hoarse friction sound and there is no obvious change during operation, you can continue to observe and find out the reason, and stop the ball mill for treatment. If the noise is getting louder and louder, the ball mill should be stopped immediately for inspection. It is worth noting that the balance wheel and the intermediate wheel of the ball mill reducer are not installed according to the specified meshing tooth height, which will cause the pinion of the high-speed shaft of the ball mill to drive the big gear of one intermediate shaft, while the pinion of the intermediate shaft of the ball mill drives the balance wheel, and the balance wheel of the ball mill rotates to drive the other intermediate shaft, so that the ball mill reducer will not rotate under the same load on both sides, which is very dangerous.
