Law enforcement departments organized employees of gas enterprises to conduct five-stage induction training and assessment, and 757 people have been trained. Those who passed the assessment were issued certificates and service certificates. According to the Notice on Training and Assessment of Gas Practitioners (Hanchengzi [20 18] 1042) and the Notice on Doing a Good Job in Professional Training and Assessment Management of Gas Operating Enterprises (No.69 [2018]), the training, assessment and certification management are divided into two parts. The list of registered training personnel of each enterprise shall be audited by the local gas management departments, and the training shall be organized by the municipal gas industry association, and the assessment shall be organized by the municipal public utility management center. The Municipal Bureau will examine and issue the qualification certificates for professional training and assessment of employees in gas enterprises, affix the special seal of the certificate and the photos stamped with steel seal, and the Municipal Gas Industry Association will implement electronic management of the certificate information. It is planned to organize 1 training for enterprise principals and 2 training for enterprise safety management personnel every year. Arrange technical operators as required, and provide full coverage of continuing education. In order to facilitate carrying and management, the Association will issue the certificate of air carrier after obtaining the certificate of training examination, so as to define the enterprise and distribution area.
