Fresh graduates who are included in the national unified enrollment plan, have no labor (employment) relationship with any unit during the highest education period, and obtain academic qualifications on time are all within the scope of introduction. 3. Graduates who are employed for the first time within two years after graduation also refer to the implementation.
Generally speaking, it is the following four points:
1. Graduates from these seven universities can directly settle in Nanjing University, University of Science and Technology of China, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Peking University and Tsinghua University.
That is to say; As long as you are admitted to the "Top 200 Universities in China", you are currently in the above seven universities, and you can find a job in Beijing after graduation.
It is not difficult for universities in Beijing and double-class universities outside Beijing to settle in Beijing. Even if you don't get into these seven universities, you still have a chance to settle in Beijing.
As long as you graduate from a university in Beijing, build a double-class university outside Beijing, meet the age limit, and be employed by enterprises and institutions in Beijing, you basically meet the conditions for being introduced.
There is a great chance for ordinary colleges and universities to settle in Beijing. Even college graduates have many opportunities to settle in Beijing.
The "Measures" stipulate that teachers in suburban primary and secondary schools and kindergartens can introduce undergraduate graduates from provincial normal universities or other universities.

Introduction conditions
? The employing unit shall meet the following conditions:
(a) registered within the administrative area of this Municipality;

(four) the entry conditions for employers in the region (system) as stipulated by the competent unit.

Before the end of September, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will summarize and analyze the needs of graduates in the next year submitted by the competent department.

? (3) Confirm the settlement cycle?
After consulting with graduates, the competent unit will choose to work for half a year or three years.
Graduates from primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and community health service institutions in the suburbs of this city can settle down after working for three years.
? (4) declaration and publicity?
(1) From the following year 10 to August, the employer submits the graduate information to the competent department through the "Employment Management System for College Graduates".
(2) After the examination by the competent unit is correct, with the consent of the graduates themselves, the information such as the name, age, graduation institution and education of the graduates to be introduced will be publicized through official website, and the supervision telephone number and contact address of the competent unit will be announced, and the publicity period will not be less than 5 working days. For the problems reflected in the publicity period, the competent unit shall timely check and deal with them.
(3) If there is no objection after publicity, the competent unit shall submit the graduate information to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau through the system. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will complete the review and confirmation within 7 working days. If it is approved, the competent unit or the employing unit shall print the Approval Form for the Introduction of Beijing Graduates by XX and the admission notice; If the audit fails, the introduction will be stopped.
? (5) settle down?
(1) After the agreed settlement period is reached, the employer will fill in the graduation certificate number, certificate number and original household registration through the system, and the competent unit will review and submit the settlement information. If the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has passed the examination, the competent unit shall print the letter of introduction for non-Beijing students to declare their accounts; If not, cancel the admission notice and stop the settlement.
(2) The competent unit shall go to the public security department to handle the formalities for graduates to settle down.
After the graduates settle down, the Approval Form for Introducing Graduates to Beijing in XX City will be deposited in the graduates' personal files.
