After the promulgation of "Several Opinions on Solving the Problems of Migrant Workers" in 2006, the practice of joint training of migrant workers by the center and enterprises has been attached importance by Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and the leaders of the bureau have come to give guidance many times, which will be used as a "demonstration unit" for migrant workers training in 2006. In 20 12 and 20 14, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security was awarded as the advanced school unit of Shenzhen Technician Education and Training System.
Shenzhen's point-to-household system is to establish a scientific and reasonable quantitative index system, and make multiple evaluations and comprehensive scores for migrant workers who apply for household registration. When the accumulated points of migrant workers' household indicators reach a certain score, they can apply for household registration.
