Annex I: 202 1 Technical Guide for Annual Review of Lifeguards in Shanghai
First, the assessment content
(1) 20 m diving.
(2) Water indirect rescue technology.
(3) Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) plus the use of cardiac defibrillators (AED).
Second, the evaluation requirements
(a) submit materials in advance in strict accordance with the requirements of the Municipal Life-saving Association on the annual review of the evaluation station.
(2) Before each batch of annual examination, the assessment station needs to conduct theoretical study and practical training for lifeguards participating in the trial.
(three) assessment equipment according to the requirements of every 50 people equipped with two sets and a set of spare.
Third, the assessment methods and standards
(1) 20m diving: kick off in the water → dive 20m.
Evaluation criteria:
When diving, your body parts should not be exposed to the horizontal plane, and you should not surface for air when swimming.
(2) Indirect rescue technology on water: vertically entering the water → approaching → unconsciously controlling and fixing it on the back → dragging → landing with two hands.
1. Vertical entry: hang the floating belt on your shoulders, put the floating body horizontally on your chest and armpit, and then step into the water.
Evaluation criteria:
(1) After entering the water, the float cannot leave the body and can be controlled.
⑵ Keep your head out of the water and keep your eyes on the target.
(3) Step into water must be adopted.
3. Approach skills: put the floating body under the armpit of the chest and climb or breaststroke with your head up.
13. back unconscious control fixation technology: put the float on the chest, then insert your arms from the underarm of the drowning person and hold the drowning person's shoulder tightly, so that the float is tightly clamped between the lifeguard's chest and the drowning person's shoulder and back, and the lifeguard's head leans to one side to fix the drowning person's supine position on the float.
Evaluation criteria:
(1) Grasp the drowning person with both hands and fix his shoulders.
(2) Turn the drowning person to the supine position, with the lifeguard's head on the side.
⑶ Put the float between the lifeguard's chest and armpit and the back of the drowning person, and the drowning person can be effectively controlled.
2. Towing technique: Lifeguards use reverse breaststroke or side stroke to drag the drowning person.
Evaluation criteria:
(1) Always effectively control the drowning person during towing.
⑵ Drift cannot be separated from the drowning person during towing.
(3) When towing, the mouth and nose of the drowning person must always remain on the water.
⒌. Two-person unarmed landing technique: Put the drowning person by the pool, and give the drowning person's hands to the lifeguard on the same side one by one. After the lifeguards on the shore pull the drowning man ashore, the lifeguards in the water command the lifeguards on the shore to hold the headrest of the drowning man with one hand, and pass through the knees of the drowning man with the other hand, holding the knees, turning the drowning man over 90 degrees and lying flat on the ground in a supine position. The lifeguard in the water commanded while protecting the drowning man's head with his hands after landing.
Evaluation criteria:
(1) Give the drowning man's hand to the lifeguard's hand on the same side of the shore.
(2) Command and assist the lifeguards on the shore to pull the drowning man ashore and put him on the ground according to the action requirements.
(3) The lifeguards in the water protect the head of the drowning person with both hands after landing.
(4) Don't throw it off when landing.
(5) The command process language is clear and accurate, and the assistant must complete the action according to the command.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
1. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation process: observing environment → judging consciousness → first aid position → judging breathing and pulse → cleaning foreign body in mouth → opening airway → artificial respiration → chest compression → evaluation.
According to the ABC process, students talk and do, and correctly complete five groups of 30:2 operation processes (blowing is a simulated action).
4. Evaluation criteria:
(1) The operation and oral procedure of CPR are correct.
⑵ The index finger cuts the palm root, and the positioning and pressing technique is accurate.
(3) The pressing frequency is 100- 120 times per minute. The time is in the range of 1 10- 130 seconds/five groups.
(4) Be able to answer teachers' questions correctly.
[14] Some questions and answers standard reference:
⑴ Inflatable volume of adults: 500-600ML (subject to chest bulge).
⑵ Pressing depth: 5-6CM.
⑶ Pressing frequency: 100- 120 times/minute.
⑷ Pressing time: 2 minutes/five groups.
Other operation requirements meet the technical requirements of original cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
(4) Operation Technology of Cardiac Defibrillator (AED)
⒈. Oral operation steps of AED: Open AED→ paste electrode pads →AED analyzes heart rhythm → electric shock → cardiopulmonary resuscitation → evaluation.
4. Evaluation criteria:
(1) The oral operation sequence is correct.
⑵ Remove the water and clothes from the drowning person before sticking the electrode.
(3) The electrode paste position is correct.
(4) Do a good job in safety protection during analysis and electric shock, and don't touch the drowning person.
