The first stage (standardized training for residents) lasted for three years. Within the scope of two disciplines, take part in the clinical medical work of the main departments of this discipline in turn, and conduct comprehensive and systematic basic training in clinical work.
The second stage (standardized training of specialists) The standardized training of specialists is an important part of medical education after graduation, and it is a reliable way to train clinicians who can engage in specialized diagnosis and treatment of diseases independently and standardly on the basis of standardized training of residents.
At present, the main training mode of standardized resident doctors in China is "5+3+X", that is, five years of medical undergraduate education plus three years of standardized resident training, and then two to four years of standardized specialist training according to various specialist training standards. Trainees are required to have good medical and health knowledge, solid professional quality and ability, basic specialty and corresponding scientific research and teaching ability after training, and become qualified clinicians.
