The 14th Five-Year Plan for Vocational Skills Training (hereinafter referred to as the Plan), which was deliberated and adopted by the executive meeting of the State Council, was recently released. The training subsidy policy can be implemented according to regulations. Among them, in addition to vocational training subsidies, families with difficulties in living can also get subsidies for living expenses and transportation expenses.

The "Planning" proposes that by 2025, more than 75 million person-times of government subsidy training will be organized and implemented, including more than 30 million person-times of vocational skills training for migrant workers; More than 40 million people have obtained vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill level certificates, of which more than 8 million people have high-skilled talents who can reach senior technicians, technicians and senior technicians; 200 public training bases have been added. The key training groups in the plan include young students, migrant workers, retired soldiers, disabled people and other groups. Tang Tao introduced that in promoting the implementation, it is necessary to make overall use of employment subsidy funds, unemployment insurance funds and existing vocational training funds, including the surplus funds in the existing special account for vocational skills training, and provide training subsidies, skills upgrading subsidies and related living allowances to qualified trainees according to regulations.
