Article 2. We should work closely with drivers, shift workers and logistics personnel. , reprint the machine guns of the working face and the gateway conveyor, and start and stop the machine in the specified order.

Article 3. Forcibly cutting hard rocks in the kitchen is strictly prohibited.

Article 4. When the gas concentration in the airflow within 20 meters near the motor and switch reaches 65438 0.5%, it must stop running, evacuate personnel, cut off the power supply and handle it.

Second, preparation, inspection and handling

Article 5 preparation

1. Tools: wrench, pliers, screwdriver, hammer, etc.

2. Spare parts: picks, pins, traction chains, connecting rings, etc.

3. Lubricating oil, etc.

Article 6. Do a good job in succession. Comprehensive inspection of coal wall, coal seam thickness and roof and floor changes, as well as support, incision preparation and roadway width. , found that the problem should be promptly reported to the monitor related personnel, properly handle.

Article 7 the inspection and handling of coal winning machine:

1, cut off the power position of the disconnector of the shearer. All connecting bolts and picks shall be complete and fastened, and the picks shall be sharp; Each operating mechanism should be flexible and reliable; The oil quantity of each department meets the requirements; All seals are intact, without dripping; All protective devices are complete and effective;

2, traction shearer traction chain at both ends of the firm, the tension is appropriate, no kink in the link, no damage to the connecting ring; When there is friction between the traction chain and the scraper conveyor, the traction chain should be hoisted. For shearer without chain traction, the tooth rail should be fixed firmly, and the coal retaining plate and conduit should be error-free; The meshing between gear and rack should be good. In the coal mining face with strong wire rope traction, the ropes at both ends of the wire rope are firmly clamped and the tension is moderate. When the wire rope collides with the scraper conveyor, the wire rope should be lifted; The broken wire area within a lay length of steel wire rope shall not exceed10% of the total area of steel wire rope;

3. The splint, cable and water pipe of towing cable device shall be intact and free from scratches;

4, the hydraulic oil temperature adjustment of coal winning machine, should be carried out in the roller (or with crusher) clutch off the working state, no cooling water, only turn on the motor, make the oil temperature reach the specified value, and then the coal winning machine works normally;

5, arc coal baffle should be flexible and reliable;

6, anti-skid device (coal mining face Angle is greater than 15? 7? 1) should be safe and reliable;

7. The wear of sliding boots and guide pipes shall not exceed the specified value;

8, cooling and spraying device is complete, water pressure, flow rate in accordance with the provisions.

The above items can only be operated after being checked and handled in accordance with the regulations. It is strictly forbidden to move the unit in spite of illness.

Third, the operation and matters needing attention

Article 8 before the start of the coal mining face, the driver must patrol around the coal winning machine, notify all personnel to evacuate to a safe place, and confirm that there are no personnel and obstacles within the rotating range of the machine before starting the coal winning machine in the following order.

1. Unlock the scraper conveyor at the working face, signal to start the scraper conveyor, and then idle the scraper conveyor 1~2 minutes;

2. After the scraper conveyor idles normally, close the isolating switch of the working face, press the start button and start the motor. Stop the motor after the motor idling is normal. Close the gear clutch of the cutting part immediately before the motor stops running.

3. Open the water valve to spray water for water supply;

4, send a start signal, press the start button, start the coal mining face, check the drum rotation direction and rocker arm height adjustment action;

5, after 2~3 minutes, after waiting for the coal winning machine idling normally, signal the coal winning machine to start, then slowly accelerate the traction and start the coal cutting operation.

Article 9 when cutting coal, always pay attention to the roof and floor, coal seam, coal quality changes and scraper transportation load, and adjust the traction speed and cutting height at any time. When blasting, the mining face must be 5 meters away from the shooting site, and relevant measures should be strictly implemented.

Article 10. When cutting coal, cut the coal wall along a straight line, and do not touch the top beam or cut the artificial false roof.

Article 1 1. When changing the traction direction of shearer, it is necessary to stop traction first and turn the adjusting handle to "zero ~; Turn the adjusting handle to the other direction after sending the power-on signal. It is forbidden to change the traction direction with the speed.

Article 12. When cutting coal, always pay attention to the operation of the walking mechanism, whether there are people and obstacles in front of the shearer, and whether there are large pieces of coal, gangue or other objects passing under the shearer. If any safety situation is found, the traction and cutting should be stopped immediately, and the scraper conveyor on the working face should be locked for processing.

Article 13. When removing and installing the coal baffle, the shearer must be stopped and the scraper conveyor in the working face must be locked.

Article 14. It is forbidden to use coal winning machine to pull, push and lift other equipment and objects.

When repairing or replacing the pick, you must first turn the isolating switch to the "zero" position, disengage the gear clutch of the cutting part, and lock the scraper conveyor on the working face.

Article 16 The mining height at the turning point of the coal mining face shall ensure that the coal retaining plate can turn over smoothly. When overturning the coal retaining plate, the drum should be raised so that the coal retaining plate can be overturned below the drum; Then lower the rocker arm to make the coal baffle contact with the floating coal on the floor; Slowly pull the coal mining face to turn the blocked coal to the other side of the drum.

Article 17: The traction speed should be gradually increased from small to large, and it is forbidden to increase to the highest speed at one time. When stopping the shearer, the traction must be stopped first.

Article 18. When stopping temporarily, turn the adjusting handle to the "zero" position first, then press the "main stop" button, and then stop the water supply. If the machine stops for a long time, turn the reversing handle to the stop position, and turn the cutting device to the "off" position, so that the roller falls on the bottom plate.

Article 19 When the shearer with anti-skid device cuts coal, put down the anti-skid mechanism at the bottom of the shearer; When cutting coal downward, use lead wire anti-skid mechanism to lift it.

When using the anti-skid car, the driver of the shearer and the driver of the winch should have reliable contact signals. The traction speed should be synchronized with the winch rope, so that the steel wire of the anti-skid winch is always tight.

Article 20. In case of any of the following situations, stop the machine in time.

1, roof and floor and coal wall show signs of water seepage, roof caving and spalling. , the ceramic tile concentration is above 1%;

2, when locked in the process of cutting coal;

3. There is abnormal vibration, sound and peculiar smell inside the shearer, or parts are damaged;

4, coal winning machine scraper conveyor found above the big coal, waste rock, debris or materials;

5. The scraper conveyor in the working face stops running or the coal baffle is staggered with the chute, which affects the passage of the shearer;

6. When the traction handle or the "stop" control button fails;

7. When the unit is derailed or the traction device is stuck;

8. When the traction chain is broken, cracked, twisted or deformed;

9, water supply device without water or spray is faulty.

In addition to contact sticking of contactor, disconnector can also be used for emergency stop. In other cases, only the emergency stop button can be used for emergency stop.

Four, cutting coal feeding mode

Article 265438 +0 oblique cutting feed mode: When cutting bottom coal by blasting (blasting is not needed for coal seams below 1.4m), oblique cutting feed mode is adopted. During vibration blasting, coal mining must stop at the working face or cut off the support to complete the benefit. After blasting, the supporting works of each section should be hung with beams to protect the roof in advance. Coal cutting and feeding are carried out according to the following steps:

1, start: the shearer stops after cutting coal from top to bottom. Stop moving when the scraper conveyor in the working face is 0/0 meter away from the shearer/kloc-;

2. Feed: In the coal mining face, the coal baffle should be turned over at the head of the conveyor, and then the coal should be cut upward, and the coal cutting should stop when the corner of the scraper conveyor is 5 meters.

3. Move the nose: push the scraper conveyor downward from the bend, so that the nose and the scraper conveyor at the bend gradually move into a straight line.

4. Downward cutting of shearer: After the coal retaining plate is turned over, the coal is cut upward, and the scraper conveyor is pushed by the machine according to the specified distance.

5. Cutting coal on the shearer: after the coal baffle is turned over, cut coal on the coal mining face, and the conveyor chases the machine to scrape coal according to the specified distance.

This method is also used for feeding on the cutting face.

2. The feeding mode in the middle of the inverted "8" shape: top coal and bottom coal are cut in the upper half, and top coal and bottom coal are cut in the lower half. Under normal circumstances, the shearer stops at the lower part of the working face about 20 meters away from the conveyor head. The specific steps are as follows:

1, start: the shearer cuts the top downwards, stops after cutting the coal to the lower incision, and enters the cutter-chasing beam.

2. Cutting the bottom coal upwards: cutting the bottom coal upwards after the coal retaining plate in the coal mining face is turned over, pushing the scraper conveyor in time according to the specified distance, and then piling;

3. Upward top coal cutting: adjust the position of the rocker arm of the drum when the bottom coal is cut to the original stop position in the coal mining face, and stop when the upward top coal is cut straight through the incision, and grab the machine to hang the beam in time.

4. Bottom coal cutting down: turn the coal retaining plate down to cut bottom coal, push the scraper conveyor at a specified distance, and enter the chasing machine driving column. When cutting to the original stop position, adjust the position of the roller rocker arm to cut coal in the next cycle.

Article 22 the double drum shearer feed way:

Oblique feed mode (undercut feed):

1, start: stop after the shearer cuts through the lower incision, and stop when the scraper conveyor is away from the shearer 10 meter.

2. Feed: the shearer turns over the coal baffle, and the two rollers switch up and down, and stops when the coal is cut upward to a cutting depth of 5 meters above the curved section of the scraper conveyor;

3. Move the conveyor head to make the scraper conveyor in a straight line;

4. Turn over the coal retaining plate of the working face, change the position of the drum up and down, cut the coal upward, and push the scraper conveyor for back support according to the specified distance.

5. Turn over the coal retaining plate again, change the up and down position of the drum, cut coal upwards, and support the scraper conveyor at the specified distance.

This method can also be used for face cutting.
