3. Secretariat

Mainly responsible for the daily duty arrangement and attendance of workstation personnel; Workstation key and equipment management; Procurement of daily office supplies; Information uploading and publishing, meeting records and document management; Drafting summary of activities, writing press releases, weekly reports, monthly reports, notices, announcements and other manuscripts.

4. Technical department

Mainly responsible for the daily maintenance of workstations, computers and other office equipment; Background management of easy shift platform; Provide technical support for the development of online activities of Yiban; Technical training for the staff of sub-stations of secondary colleges; Easy gear shifting and light application; Posters, banners and videos of various activities.

5. Ministry of External Relations

Mainly responsible for attracting online and offline sponsorship of various activities; Communication with school student organizations; Organize the liaison between the student workstation and the sub-station of the secondary college; Communicate with shift workstations in other universities.
