Generally, the time for party member to participate in centralized training and collective learning is not less than 32 hours per year, and the time for grassroots party organization secretaries and team members to participate in centralized training and collective learning is not less than 56 hours per year, with at least centralized training 1 time. Party member leading cadres should not only implement the relevant regulations on cadre education and training, but also take the lead in participating in education and training in party member.
