Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth progress of undergraduate enrollment in Sunshine College, standardize enrollment behavior, improve the quality of students, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of candidates, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Ministry of Education, combined with the specific conditions of enrollment in Sunshine College.
Article 2 Sunshine College (formerly Sunshine College of Fuzhou University), with the national standard code13468,2001year approved by the Ministry of Education, was jointly established by Fuzhou University, a key construction university, and Sunshine Holdings, a fortune 500 enterprise, and was set up independently in 20 15 years. At present, Sunshine College has developed into a comprehensive university covering science, engineering, economics, management, literature, law, art and teaching, with more than 1 10,000 undergraduates, and the employment rate has been above 97% in the past three years.

Chapter II Organizational Structure and Responsibilities
Article 4 The school shall set up an enrollment committee and an enrollment work leading group, which shall be responsible for deliberating and formulating enrollment policies and plans, and studying and deciding on major issues in the enrollment process.
Article 5 The Admissions Office is the permanent organization of the school to organize and implement the enrollment work, which is specifically responsible for enrollment and daily work.
Article 6 A school shall set up an enrollment supervision office to supervise the implementation of the enrollment policy, ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of enrollment, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates. Chapter III Enrollment Specialty, Plan and Requirements
Article 7 The enrollment majors and plans of 202 1 school shall be subject to the publication of the enrollment plans compiled by the enrollment departments of all provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). The measures for the administration of enrollment plan shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education.
Article 8 Schools use English as the basic foreign language for teaching. Except for business English, which only recruits English language candidates, other majors have no language requirements for foreign language examinations.
Article 9 The major of E-commerce (Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools) requires a score of not less than 90 in English in the college entrance examination.
Article 10 There is no limit to the ratio of male to female in each major of the school. Candidates' physical health requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities issued by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the Disabled Persons' Federation and relevant supplementary provisions. Within three months after the new students enter school, the school will re-examine their physical health and professional skills according to the admission requirements. Those who do not meet the admission conditions or resort to deceit will be disqualified in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Education on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities.
Chapter IV Access Rules
Eleventh schools according to the relevant policies of the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) to determine the proportion of file transfer, in parallel volunteer Province, in principle, according to the number of enrollment plans +000% to transfer files.
Article 12 The school recognizes the relevant bonus policies formulated by the provincial admissions department where the candidates are located, and assigns majors or calculates comprehensive scores according to the scores after bonus points.
Thirteenth general professional admission rules
1. within the scope of the provincial admissions department, the professional deployment in the school is divided into the following three rounds:
The first round: the first big volunteer is preferred. According to the distribution of candidates' professional volunteers, the school will file the majors whose first professional volunteers exceed the planned number from high to low until the planned number is completed; The number of registered majors does not reach the planned number in principle.
The second round: the second to sixth professional volunteers are parallel. If the candidate's first major volunteer is not accepted, the school will assign the candidate's second to sixth major volunteers to the first round of sub-majors according to the candidate's filing scores from high to low.
The third round: in the case that the candidates' reported professional volunteers are not accepted, the professional adjustment will be made from high to low according to the results of the investment (the province can only be adjusted within the professional group according to the reform of the college entrance examination); Those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.
2. There is no difference in professional level in the professional deployment in the school.
3. In the batch provinces of parallel volunteer, the ranking of candidates with the same score is determined according to the ranking rules stipulated by the provincial admissions department; Among the batch of provinces that didn't sign up for parallel volunteer, the candidates in the third batch of provinces with comprehensive college entrance examination reform had the same college entrance examination scores, ranking from high to low according to the sum of Chinese and math scores, Chinese or math scores, foreign language scores, and preferred subjects (physics or history). The retest scores and retest scores were the second highest, while the candidates from other provinces had the same college entrance examination scores, ranking by single subject scores: literature and history were Chinese, liberal arts, math and foreign languages.

Article 14 Admission Rules for Art Majors
1. Fujian art enrollment brochure. In the case that the scores of cultural investment and the scores of the provincial-level unified examination for the corresponding professional categories all reach the provincial-level undergraduate admission control scores, the students will be admitted according to the comprehensive scores from high to low.
The comprehensive scores of candidates in various professional categories are composed of the total scores of college entrance examination (including policy scores) and professional scores in a certain proportion:
The director's comprehensive score = the total score of the college entrance examination ×60%+ the provincial-level professional examination score of the candidates × 2.5 × 40%;
The comprehensive score of fine arts = the total score of college entrance examination ×40%+ the score of provincial professional unified examination of candidates × 2.5 × 60%;
Comprehensive score of music and dance = total score of college entrance examination ×30%+ provincial professional examination score of candidates ×2.5×70%.
2. Admission rules for arts from other provinces. Admission is in accordance with the admission rules stipulated by the provincial admissions offices.
Chapter V Charging Standards
Article 15 The professional fees of Sunshine College shall be implemented in accordance with the Document Notice of Fujian Provincial Price Bureau and Fujian Provincial Department of Education on Relevant Issues Concerning the Management of Academic Education Fees of Private Undergraduate Colleges in our province (Min Jia Fei [2017] No.46), and the tuition fees are as follows:
(1) The tuition fee for finance, international economy and trade, accounting, hotel management, business administration, business English, law, applied psychology, preschool education, computer science and technology, digital media technology, civil engineering, cross-border electronic commerce and other majors is 26,400 yuan/year;
(2) The tuition fee for electronic information (electronic information engineering, Internet of Things engineering), e-commerce, data science and big data technology, artificial intelligence, musicology, digital media art, dance, radio and television director, art and other majors is 28,800 yuan/year;
(3) The tuition fee for e-commerce (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) is 38,800 yuan/year.
Specifically, the enrollment plan published in this book compiled by the provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) shall prevail.
Sixteenth student apartment accommodation standards are as follows:
Quadruple room (bed table): 2400 yuan per person per academic year;
Six rooms (beds and tables): 2 160 yuan per person per academic year;
Six-person room (inside and outside the bed): per person per academic year 1680 yuan.
Article 17 The method of fee refund: refer to the relevant provisions in the Detailed Rules for the Administration of Private Education Fees in Fujian Province (No.394 jointly issued by Fujian Provincial Price Bureau, Fujian Provincial Department of Education, Fujian Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and Fujian Provincial Department of Finance).
Chapter VI Diploma Issuance
Eighteenth students after four years of full-time study, complete all the courses stipulated in the teaching plan, and pass the examination and meet the graduation conditions, the Sunshine College will award the undergraduate diploma of general higher education, and make electronic registration in the Ministry of Education. Graduates who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees shall be awarded corresponding bachelor's degrees by Sunshine College.
Article 19 Students majoring in e-commerce (Chinese-foreign cooperative education) have studied in Sunshine College for the first three years and completed the courses and credits required by the academic system of Sunshine College. In the last year, they will go abroad to study and complete the courses and credits required by foreign academic system, and obtain a bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in international management awarded by foreign countries. The degree certificates issued by foreign countries to project students should be exactly the same as those issued to domestic students. Students who have not entered a foreign country will receive a bachelor's degree in engineering and a bachelor's degree in e-commerce from Sunshine College after completing the required courses and credits.
Chapter VII Award-Aid Policy
Article 20 National Scholarship: 8,000 yuan/student/year, which is determined according to the number of places allocated to our school by the state.
Article 21 National Inspirational Scholarship: 5,000 yuan/student/year, which is determined according to the number of places allocated to our school by the state.
Article 22 State grants: 4,500 yuan/student year for poor students and 2,800 yuan/student year for poor students, determined according to the number of places allocated by the state to our school.
Twenty-third the establishment of "sunshine college outstanding freshmen admission scholarship", "sunshine college outstanding student scholarship" and "sunshine college single scholarship".
Article 24 Sunshine Holdings invested 654.38+0 billion yuan to set up the "Sunshine College Student Entrepreneurship Fund" to support and encourage students' entrepreneurial activities.
Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 25 Our school has not entrusted or authorized any intermediary institution or individual to enroll students, and does not hold any profit-making training activities. Our school reserves the right to investigate the responsibility of institutions or individuals engaged in illegal enrollment publicity activities in our name.
Article 26 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation, and the specific implementation process shall be implemented according to the corresponding policies formulated by the Ministry of Education and the relevant provinces of origin in that year.
Article 27 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Admissions Office of Sunshine College.
