Tianjin Staff Training Base of Beijing Railway Bureau is located at No.8 Bama Road, Hebei District, Tianjin, covering an area of 7,690 square meters. There are 22 large and medium-sized classrooms (including multimedia classrooms and computer classrooms equipped with 100 megabits of optical fiber), 69 student dormitories, canteens, baths and other comprehensive supporting facilities. The base has ten departments, including staff training department, cadre training department, training academic affairs department, training teaching material research room, RTVU correspondence station and management department, and there are 30 faculty members/kloc-0, including 52 full-time teachers in various disciplines.
