2. According to the scope and objects listed in 1, the civil servants of service-oriented grassroots project personnel of municipal authorities are:
(1) Persons who have participated in the project of "Selecting and Transferring College Graduates to Work in Villages (Communities)" in our province (referred to as college students "village officials" for short) and passed the annual assessment over the years;
(2) Persons who have participated in the "Western Plan for College Students' Volunteer Service" selected by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and the "Plan for College Students' Volunteer Service in Underdeveloped Areas" selected by our province (hereinafter referred to as the "two plans") and passed the examination after their service expires, and have accumulated more than 2 years in grassroots work experience.

3. 4. Time spent as a village cadre in a full-time school cannot be counted as on-the-job time. 5. Township (street) organs recruit civil servants for outstanding community cadres: current community party organizations and neighborhood committees (hereinafter referred to as "two committees") who have served for more than 2 years continuously. Time spent as a community cadre in a full-time school cannot be counted as on-the-job time. 6. The scope and targets of full-time people's armed cadres admitted by township (street) organs are: full-time retired soldiers from ordinary colleges and universities who were born in Huzhou and have permanent residence in Zhejiang Province, and graduates from People's Armed Forces College.
Full-time retired soldiers who graduated from ordinary colleges and universities refer to those who participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, were admitted to ordinary colleges and universities by the competent department of provincial entrance examination, and obtained full-time college education or above. They joined the army in the year of graduation or during their school days, and now they have retired from active service. 7. Those who have applied for civil servants for less than five years (including probation period), active servicemen, and those who are not graduates of 2065438+2004 and who are studying in full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for the exam, and those who are not graduates of 2065438+2004 and graduate students who have been studying in full-time colleges and universities cannot apply for the exam with their original academic qualifications and degree certificates.
Persons who have been subjected to criminal punishment for crimes, those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been dismissed from civil service for less than five years, those who have been found to have cheated in examinations and in the recruitment of civil servants, those who are still not allowed to apply for civil servants after the deadline, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law are not allowed to apply for the examination.
Village (community) cadres who have been punished during their positions as members of the "two committees" and above in any village (community), or who are responsible for major accidents in the village (community) during the above-mentioned positions, shall not apply for the positions of recruiting outstanding village (community) cadres.

(2) Recruitment conditions

Nine, the interview
The interview is organized and implemented by the municipal and county (district) civil servant departments. If the finalists give up the interview qualification, the relevant positions will not be filled. Interview score 100, qualified score 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the medical examination and investigation.
Ten, determine the physical examination and inspection personnel.
After the interview, the total written test score and interview score are combined to calculate the total score. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest written test score will be the first. The formula for calculating the total score is:

XI。 Physical examination and examination
The physical examination shall be organized by the municipal competent department of civil servants and implemented by the recruitment agency, and may also be implemented by the municipal competent department of civil servants in conjunction with the recruitment agency. Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination.

The investigation of outstanding village (community) cadres who apply for civil servants in township (street) organs shall be carried out with reference to the Detailed Rules for the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (for Trial Implementation) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58), and democratic evaluation, inspection notification and economic responsibility audit may be tried out when necessary.
Before the implementation of physical examination and inspection, if the state and province introduce new regulations, they shall be implemented according to the new regulations.
The results of the investigation are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time.
Twelve. Publicity and employment
After the physical examination, the recruitment agency will publicize the list of persons to be hired in the civil service examination and employment system for 7 days. The positions of outstanding village (community) cadres and on-the-job college students registered as "village officials" by county (district), township (street) and village (community) civil servant departments at the county level where the candidates are located shall be publicized for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there are no problems or problems that do not affect the employment, the employment procedures shall be handled according to the approval authority of the employment, and the Notice of Employment of Civil Servants shall be issued. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended until it is found out.
If you can't provide the relevant supporting documents and other materials required by the recruitment agency before September 30, 20 14, you will not be hired.
Those who apply for medical examinations at all levels in the city give up the medical examination or fail to pass the medical examination, and the conclusion of the investigation is that they are not suitable to be employed as civil servants, and they cannot provide relevant supporting documents and other materials needed for the examination within the specified time, and give up their employment qualifications before reporting to the employment examination and approval authority. The recruitment agency will fill in the candidates who have passed the interview for the corresponding position from high score to low score.
The list of participants in physical (technical) ability assessment, interview, physical examination, inspection and replacement is published in the civil service examination and employment system.
If the employed person receives the employment notice and fails to report for duty within the time limit without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The above situation, the city's organs at all levels are no longer supplementary.
Thirteen. Matters needing attention
1. The examination of candidates for judges and prosecutors shall be carried out in accordance with the Implementation Opinions on Organizing Public Examinations for Candidates for Judges and Prosecutors (for Trial Implementation) issued by the Organization Department of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, Zhejiang Higher People's Court and Zhejiang People's Procuratorate (Zhejiang Group Development [2008] No.56).
2. As of February 7th, 20 14, people whose registered permanent residence is still in the process of migration are not allowed to apply for the exam (except for master students and fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province in 20 14 and fresh graduates from full-time colleges and universities in other provinces in 20 14). 3 primary and secondary school teachers should report in writing to their schools before the qualification review. 4. Applicants must first verify their mobile phones when registering. 5. Applicants must use the second-generation ID number for registration. When taking the written test, you must bring the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card at the same time, otherwise you are not allowed to enter the examination room.
6. All registration information and materials submitted by applicants in the preliminary examination and review shall be true, accurate and effective. Anyone who provides false information and materials to qualify for the examination, or deliberately conceals the real situation, will be disqualified once verified. Anyone who forges or alters relevant documents, materials and information, defrauds the examination qualification or maliciously registers, or trades with the qualification for examination shall be given the punishment of canceling the registration qualification and not being allowed to apply for civil servants for five years.
7. Applicants from poor families should fax their ID card and a copy of the certificate of low assurance or extreme poverty issued by the county-level civil affairs (poverty alleviation) department to the Provincial Personnel Examinations Institute (fax number: 057 1-88396652) before February 23, 2004, and the examination fee will be exempted after examination.
8. If it is confirmed that the number of payers is less than 3 times of the recruitment plan, the recruitment plan will be reduced or cancelled as appropriate, and such plans will be announced in the civil service examination and employment system. If the recruitment plan is cancelled, those who apply for the plan can change their registration within 24 hours after receiving the cancellation notice. Failing to apply for registration of change within the time limit shall be deemed as giving up the registration of change and returning the examination fee. Some special posts will be appropriately reduced according to the situation.
9. According to the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Ministry of Public Security and the State Civil Service Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Items and Standards of Physical Fitness Assessment for the People's Police Employed by Public Security Organs (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Fa [2011] No.48), if one of the three items of physical fitness assessment is not up to standard, it will be regarded as unqualified.
