Home-cooked method of scallion noodles
Common practices of scallion noodles are as follows:

Ingredients: 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, Arowana with active fermentation, a bundle of hollow dried noodles, 20 grams of sugar, 3 shallots, and proper amount of cooking oil.

1, prepare the required ingredients. As shown in the figure below.

2. Mix soy sauce, soy sauce and sugar. As shown in the figure below.
