Interview is also an important data collection method. It refers to the process of face-to-face communication with trainees in order to obtain the data and information needed for training. This process not only collects hard data, such as facts and data, but also includes information such as impressions, opinions and judgments.
3. Group discussion.
Group discussion refers to selecting some representative employees who are familiar with the problems from the training objects as representatives and investigating the training demand information through discussion. The form of group discussion is flexible, which can be formal or informal, and can be carried out through brainstorming, organizational comparison and other ways.
Three levels of training demand analysis:
1. The analysis must be carried out at the personal level of the incumbent. At this level, the training department and the training post supervisor * * * analyze the needs of employees in the enterprise to determine who will participate in the training and the training content.
2. It is the training demand analysis at the organizational level, which analyzes the short-term and medium-term goals of the organization, the organizational atmosphere of the transformation of training effect and the overall human resource stock of the enterprise from an objective perspective, and designs training plans for employees.
3. This is a strategic analysis. Strategic analysis does not pay attention to the knowledge, skills and abilities that individuals, organizations and departments need to work effectively now. For example, how many or what kind of employees are needed in the future, whether the organization is experiencing and will experience great changes that can affect its working methods, and so on.
