Training team respect
Reflections on seven habits of efficient readers.

The small partners in the team have different personalities, and everyone's actual situation, education and family environment are different. When we get along, there are always all kinds of problems.

I read the chapter on respecting differences in Dr. Covey's Integrated Comprehensive Effect, which inspired me a lot. The most important thing to cooperate with people is to pay attention to the different psychology, emotions and intelligence of different individuals, as well as the different worlds seen by individuals.

Sometimes different individuals may give back different opinions, which requires us to open our hearts and accept differences. Treat it with the most objective and fair attitude. Because everyone's views are different, there will be deviations. In fact, this is a painting on the ground.

Open-minded people admit their own shortcomings, but they are good at drawing rich knowledge and opinions from people's contacts and attaching importance to different opinions, thus broadening their knowledge and experience. This so-called threesome must have my teacher.

Many times, we will treat people differently because of different attitudes. And can't treat his opinion fairly. This is actually my own problem.

After reading this chapter, I understand that differences must be respected in the process of leading the team and learning.

In this interdependent relationship, integration is the most powerful way to deal with obstacles to growth and change. In the recent team communication, I also found a plan with advantages and disadvantages. But as long as it can help the team grow, it should be supported. But also to overcome the resistance and ensure the smooth progress of the project.

According to my understanding, Dr. Steven Pokovich's principle of respecting differences and turning resistance into motivation is actually to unite all forces that can be United and help the team develop better.
