1. Open SolidWorks, create a new part model, sketch on the front datum plane, and create the foundation flange. The sheet metal thickness is "1 mm" and the bending radius is "1 mm".

2. Create a stretch cut feature.

3. Click the Sheet Metal-Stretch Bending command.

4. Select the end face of the chart and draw a sketch.

5. Exit the sketch and the bending dialog box pops up.

6. Click a point on the end face of the part, and the sheet metal will bend to one side of the point.

7. Click OK to finish the creation of sheet metal bending and save the part model.
