Demonstrate in person
As a guide for children, we should show the wisdom of dealing with conflicts. Through role-playing with children, let them observe and imitate how we solve conflicts and become better problem solvers.
Encourage emotional expression
Tell children that everyone has their own emotions, which is normal. Let them speak their feelings bravely and guide them to find the right expression.
Communication skills training
Effective communication is the key to conflict resolution. Teach children to listen to others' opinions, respect others' feelings and learn to put forward constructive solutions.
Cultivate empathy
Let children understand that caring for others is an important part of conflict resolution. By participating in volunteer activities or community service, let them experience the happiness and sense of accomplishment of helping others.
Provide backup support
When children face conflicts, we should be their strong backing. Ask questions, guide them to think about solutions, and provide practical suggestions to help them solve conflicts.
