I'm basically using Iflytek Smart Office for meetings and training. This is a tablet computer specially used for taking office records, which can not only record meetings, but also convert records into words in real time.
It is equivalent to taking notes for you automatically during the meeting. After the meeting, its notes are also done, and then you can edit and typeset the office book a little and send an email to share it. It's quite convenient. You don't have to turn on the computer to do it again.
