Contents of Three White Papers in Xinjiang
Legal analysis: The three white papers in Xinjiang are Counter-terrorism, Anti-extremism and Human Rights Protection in Xinjiang, Some Historical Issues in Xinjiang and Vocational Skills Education and Training in Xinjiang. The release of three white papers has solved the ideological crux that party member cadres don't understand these problems, and supplemented the ideological calcium that party member cadres dare not touch these problems.

Legal basis: Article 30 of the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC). The administrative regions of People's Republic of China (PRC) are divided as follows:
