Midea's training system consists of three levels: group, secondary platform and business department. Midea College, the Human Resources Department of the Group, is the business guidance organization and management department of the whole group's education and training work, and the daily work of each unit is organized and implemented by human resources departments at all levels. In recent years, Midea has invested more than 30 million yuan in training every year to provide systematic training for employees at all levels, including corporate culture concepts, management skills and professional skills.
