Analysis and evaluation of learning guide for training children? How to write
On the afternoon of April 7th, I was lucky enough to listen to Mr. Zhu Shiyuan's interpretation of the main points of A Guide to Learning and Development for Children Aged 3-6 in the stepped classroom of the experimental primary school. Teacher Zhu introduced the background, function and significance, structure and content, the relationship with the outline and the problems needing attention in the implementation of the Guide in detail, and shared the American education standards and Japanese education model with the teachers present. What impressed me most was the following:

First of all, we must change the concept of education. As kindergarten teachers and parents, under the pressure that kindergarten safety is more important than everything else, too many children are restricted and arranged to some extent. I wish the teacher a few words worthy of our reflection, that is, "excessive expectations bring hopelessness to children, excessive protection brings incompetence to children, excessive doting brings ruthlessness to children, excessive interference brings helplessness to children, and excessive responsibility brings helplessness to children." When we educate our children, our minds are full of "mistakes". How can our children grow up independently?

Secondly, we should seriously study the "Guidelines for Kindergarten Education" and "Guidelines for Learning and Development of Children Aged 3-6". In particular, the Guide has played an important role in guiding and guiding our preschool education. We should fully understand the significance of learning and implementing the Guide, pay attention to the integrity of children's learning and development, and pay attention to the mutual penetration and integration of various fields; Understand children's learning style, and let children learn by doing, playing and living in the form of games. At the same time, respect children's individual differences, provide more game materials and methods at different levels in activities and games, and promote children's improvement and development on the original basis.

Finally, as a kindergarten teacher, we must strengthen the improvement of our professional quality. Including the study of relevant literature and professional theory, the improvement of observation, analysis and reflection ability, the improvement of teaching and research ability and so on. Communicate and discuss with colleagues in practical work to promote their teaching ability.
