If I fail the training, will I be fired?
Yes, you can. If you don't meet the company's regulations, you can be fired. If employees dismiss unqualified employees during the probation period, there is no economic compensation. If you are a regular employee, you need to pay the employee economic compensation because the employee is unqualified. If the laborer is not competent for the job, and is still incompetent after training or job adjustment, the employer may notify the laborer in writing 30 days in advance or pay the laborer an extra month's salary to terminate the labor contract. The employing unit shall provide evidence to prove that the employee does not meet the employment conditions and explain the reasons to the employee.

In any of the following circumstances, the employer may terminate the labor contract:

(a) during the probation period, it is proved that it does not meet the employment conditions;

(two) a serious violation of the rules and regulations of the employer;

(three) serious dereliction of duty, corruption, causing great damage to the employer.

"People's Republic of China (PRC) Labor Contract Law" (revised on 20 12) Article 39 If the employer unilaterally terminates the labor contract (negligent termination), the employer may terminate the labor contract under any of the following circumstances:

(6) Being investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
