First, the internship process:
I still remember the first time I went to the company, I was full of curiosity. I kept thinking: What kind of enterprise is this, what position can I hold in the future, whether it meets my inner expectations and whether I can realize my own value? I am eager to know the answer. Finally, I was shocked when I saw the grand project of the company. I think I made the right choice.
As this is my first official job, I attach great importance to it. Just like this is a new company, for me, it is a new starting point, and everything is an exploration stage. I said to myself: when it's time to come, go for it. Since it is a new enterprise, as long as it works well, there will be opportunities. In this way, in the unknown, I started my internship with confidence.
In the first week, we studied the company's corporate culture and got a preliminary understanding of the company. Then two weeks were military training for enterprises, and they were all formal militarized training, which laid a solid foundation for our future work and forged us to "shed our skin, shed our meat, stay behind, shed blood, sweat and shed tears." Work attitude and work spirit. After the military training, we officially started the training of tire professional knowledge. Under the careful explanation of the engineer, we have a preliminary understanding of the tire production process.
After the training, I was assigned to the molding workshop in production area B to study on the spot with the intern teacher. For production, safety is always the first, and good safety awareness is the first premise of safe production. First of all, the workshop director gave us some safety education, as well as safety matters and matters that should be paid attention to during the internship. For example, at work, sandals are not allowed to enter the factory; Wear work clothes when entering the factory; Smoking is prohibited in the factory, drinking is not allowed on duty at night, clothes are not allowed to be opened after entering the factory, coats are not allowed to be hung on the body, and backpacks are not allowed to enter the factory; Don't pile things in the factory, don't stand on the main road of production, and don't queue up to go in and out of the workshop. Don't press the button or switch without the permission of the intern teacher.
The initial work after entering the workshop is trivial, because the company is still in the construction stage, and the office and various production workshops have not been completed. Our first task is to clean the road, remove weeds on both sides of the road and eliminate stagnant water in the workshop. Perhaps some people think that these jobs are low-level jobs with no technical content and are ashamed to do them. But as our initial team, there is no such mentality at all. Because I think no matter what occupation you do, there must be people who look down on you and don't like you, but that's someone else's business. Don't let it affect your mood. If you don't recognize yourself and look down on what you are doing, you can't do things well and others will look down on you. Therefore, no matter what we do, we work hard and do our best, just like the slogan we shouted during military training, "Self-confidence and self-improvement, * * * create brilliance." Although we are sweating and covered in dust every time, we never complain and never flinch.
Because of my good performance, I was assigned to the position of mechanical maintenance in the workshop. Because I didn't learn welding at school, I had to start learning again. Because of the machinery, welding must be mastered. First of all, the master gave us a detailed introduction to the relevant welding operations and some precautions. The odor and dazzling light produced by welding are harmful to human body. When operating, you should know how to protect yourself, put on work clothes and wear masks. From the master's explanation, I learned that the wrap angle of covered electrode is generally between 70 and 80, and the speed of transporting sticks is of course even. But in actual operation, we are often slow and slow, and it is difficult to maintain uniformity, so the welding result is not smooth. In some places, the short stay time is of course poor welding and cracks. In places where the stay time is long, there are often problems of being welded through and leaking. The height requirement in covered electrode lasts for two to four millimeters. However, at the beginning, it was also full of loopholes, because the covered electrode was shortened continuously when transporting steel bars, so it was difficult to control the original height of covered electrode. If it is high, it is easy to break the arc, and if it is low, it is easy to stick. Through this welding, I have mastered some welding knowledge, but if I want to be as standard as a professional worker, I need to practice repeatedly to achieve perfection.
Recalling the days in Deruibao is very fulfilling and worthwhile. We had a good time there, and of course we were very tired, which taught me how to be a qualified or even excellent employee. Every time I encounter a difficult job, I am the first to rush in. I think young people can only get the reward they deserve if they work twice or even several times harder than others. Only if you can create more value for the enterprise, will you have a better chance. So every time I work, I regard work as a special enjoyment. I have passion every time I work, and I don't know how tired I am. Although they laugh at me for being stupid every time, I still insist that suffering is a blessing, and diligent people deserve the most respect.
Through these months of internship, I think:
(1) Unity is strength. As the saying goes, people move together, everyone paddles and drives a big boat. After all, the strength of one person is very small, and the strength of the team is unity. Only by uniting can we be in an invincible position, grow together and make progress together.
(2) Attitude is everything. Your attitude determines the result of your work. Therefore, no matter the big or small issues, we should take them seriously and maintain a good attitude, so as to stand out from the fierce competition.
(3) Self-confidence, diligence and tolerance. People who have enough confidence and courage to deal with difficult problems will not shrink back. People who work hard and gloriously deserve the most respect. Only by working harder and harder than others can we go further and succeed faster than others. There is no shortage of gold, no one is perfect, and people are tolerant and tolerant. The so-called tolerance and generosity.
Second, the internship experience:
Looking back on the internship, I felt deeply and gained a lot. Through practice, I realize that practice is the standard for testing truth. If you only study and don't practice, then what you have learned is equal to zero, and theory should be combined with practice. On the other hand, practice can lay a foundation for finding a job in the future. I think practice is the second classroom of university life, the source of continuous innovation and development of knowledge, the touchstone of testing truth and an effective way for college students to exercise and grow. A person's knowledge and potential can only play a role in practice and be enriched, perfected and developed. In order to grow up, college students should be diligent in practice, combine theoretical knowledge with practice, constantly learn, summarize, improve and innovate in practice, improve their comprehensive quality and potential in practice, and lay a good foundation for the success of their career.
Through this period of internship, I learned something that I couldn't learn at school. Because the environment is different, the people and things you contact are different, and the things you learn from it are naturally different. We should not only learn well what we have learned in school, but also learn other knowledge from life practice, and constantly arm ourselves from all aspects in order to stand out from the competition and express ourselves. Learn to learn from practice and practice from learning. In this internship, I realized a lot of work knowledge and my will was tempered, which will have a great impact on my future study and work. What you get on paper is superficial, and you never know that it needs to be finished. It is not easy to do seemingly simple things, and it is not easy to do them well. Only by personal practice can we know their roots and make ideal achievements. In practice, we should combine the theoretical knowledge we have learned with practice, cultivate the innovative spirit of being brave in exploration, improve the practical potential, strengthen the potential of social activities, treat learning with a serious attitude and lay a solid foundation for going to work.
Because it is the first internship, some work is done slowly and hard, but with the care and help of my colleagues and classmates, I have made continuous progress and growth, and I have fully felt the unity and warmth of the company's big family. So I decided to stick to it even if I was tired again, so I felt much easier to work. Therefore, with an open mind, with the guidance and help of the intern teacher, I quickly adapted to this job.
Over the past few months, with the help and care of intern teachers and colleagues, I have studied hard and worked hard, and my potential has been greatly improved, and my comprehensive quality has also been developed in an all-round way, but I understand that there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies. Recognizing the lack of work experience, we must work hard. During this period of internship, although sometimes the work is very hard and tired, I feel more fulfilled. I learned the truth of being a man and doing things, learned professional skills from practice and accumulated practical technical experience. In my future work and study, I will be more strict with myself, learn from excellent colleagues with an open mind, continue to work hard to correct my shortcomings and deficiencies, and strive for greater progress in my thoughts, work, study and life.
Here, I would like to thank the company for giving me such a good internship opportunity and my tutor for his help.
two
There are still many difficulties in the internship process:
1. I wish I was a difficult boy when I went to the construction site. I can work with my host to help repay the loan. And I'm a girl on the construction site, even if I really want to do it, the master won't let me do it. It also makes it impossible for me to do it myself.
Not to mention the high temperature in Wuhan in summer, the solar energy is so fierce that the time to go to the construction site is limited. Usually before ten o'clock in the morning and after four o'clock in the afternoon. It's hard to imagine how the workers work in high temperature.
As you are new to the construction site, you should learn slowly and step by step. I follow him around every day and don't know much about some close-up things. However, when you encounter something you don't understand, you will always ask Master for some technical terms.
4. When you come to the construction site, you are unfamiliar with the people around you, and it takes time to establish good interpersonal relationships. During that time, I had a lot of things that people didn't recognize, which brought a lot of inconvenience to my work.
At present, the office is fully automated, and the computer operation level is very important. The materials are all made of software, which is a little unfamiliar for the first time. Fortunately, I learn fast, and speed determines everything in the competitive era.
6. The technical terms in books and the "dialect" of workers also hindered my cognition.
7. Regarding the budget, the master's algorithm is applicable to the construction site, and the amount of concrete is roughly calculated, which is basically a compound requirement. The budget there is mainly used to monitor the engineering quantity, which is effective within the necessary scope, while the book is an accurate measurement, which is generally used in bidding and quotation, and is a relatively accurate calculation rule. The discrepancy between the two makes me a little confused.
I also gained a lot from the internship:
First of all, I learned to adapt to the environment through this internship. Through this internship, I began to adapt to this kind of construction site life. With this period of exercise, I will have a hard-working perseverance no matter what I do in the future.
Other problems that are different from the school are learned on the construction site. From school to society, people around you have completely changed their protagonists, teachers have become bosses, classmates have become colleagues, and they get along in completely different ways. Under this great change, without the silent support and care of teachers and classmates, I have to deal with it alone. Learn to get used to the fierce competition between enterprises and learn to tolerate the indifferent eyes and words of colleagues. Every time you understand a task, you have to face the pressure of your boss and the ridicule of your colleagues who are waiting to see a joke. Often it seems that there is only one chance at this time, and you can only succeed and not fail.
During my internship, I learned how to communicate with workers, leaders, supervisors and relevant departments as a staff member. These things are not in books, about being a man, doing things, studying and so on. Two months' internship is better than more than two years' study.
Secondly, through this internship, I have a deeper understanding of the relevant knowledge of engineering. It should be said that there are many professional knowledge learned in school, which is only theoretical and still a little different from reality.
I think what I learned in school is not knowledge, but the potential of self-study. In the knowledge explosion of 2 1 century, as people who don't want to be eliminated by society, we should learn to keep learning and live for learning. When encountering problems, we should think seriously, find ways to solve them, constantly learn and accumulate experience, use our spare time after work to recharge ourselves, improve efficiency, grasp time scientifically, arm ourselves with knowledge and make ourselves stronger.
On-site practice is the practical potential to exercise and solve problems. For example: changes in design drawings, problems in specific construction, communication between people, etc. Only through practice can we find the cause of the problem and find the solution.
I also have a necessary understanding of the relevant information, knowing when to fill in what information and who needs to sign it, which I have never been exposed to before. This is one of the processes that need to be mastered in making information.
The data in the project generally plays the role of real-time monitoring, and control plays the role of ensuring the quality of the project.
It also plays an auxiliary role in determining the responsibility of future accidents, and has necessary reference value. Therefore, the arrangement and production of information should not be sloppy.
5. Summary:
The days of internship passed silently in a blink of an eye, and it was at this time that I needed to go back and sum up, only to suddenly realize that the days passed in a hurry. At first, it was quite awkward to leave the besieged life of the university, and it gradually became logical. This may be a kind of luck, maybe it should be a kind of sharpening the knife for two months. Through practice, we have a necessary understanding of modern construction methods. Compared with the traditional construction method, the use of large machinery improves the construction production efficiency, greatly reduces the labor force and reduces the work intensity of workers. Let us truly realize the importance of science and technology as the primary productive force. At the same time, we also know the advanced technology and high technology in the field of machinery, which makes us have a new understanding of the future development of mechanical construction surface.
This internship broadened our horizons, combined our theory with practice, and gave us a new understanding and understanding of some vague concepts and abstract principles in textbooks. So that we can further consolidate the knowledge we have learned in the past, have a deep understanding of the knowledge we have never been exposed to before, and also have a deep understanding of the basic actions in the future. Hard training, theory and practice, and process-based learning throughout, so that my practical potential has been improved a lot, professional knowledge has been better practiced and proved, and higher requirements have been put forward for my personality orientation!
In addition, open-minded consultation is the premise of doing a good job, and internship is the first step towards society. Internship can accumulate work experience, and consulting modestly is the most direct way to accumulate work experience. Therefore, when I encounter something I don't understand in my work, I humbly invite my colleagues to mature and accumulate necessary work experience through their patient teaching.
More importantly, we have learned a lot of knowledge that is not available in textbooks. What we have seen and heard has further inspired my love and yearning for this major. I deeply realize that we must make more efforts to make a difference in the construction industry, not only in theory, but also in practical application. I also personally realized that the master worker is meticulous in his work, responsible for his post and indifferent to the harsh environment. Just as we should treat learning, there is no room for empty. Personality is that we study engineering, and we are not allowed to be a little sloppy in mastering knowledge, otherwise the loss is unpredictable. So I hid a duty, hoping to contribute to the great building of the motherland and realize my value through my own efforts.
In this experience, the practical experience gained will benefit for life, which will be reflected in the future work. I will continue to understand and appreciate what I have learned in my internship and apply my theoretical knowledge and practical experience to practical work. This really achieved the goal of internship.
three
Graduation practice is an essential link for every student to go to society and work. Through the internship report, I learned a lot of knowledge that I couldn't learn in class, benefited a lot, broadened my horizons, increased my knowledge and laid a solid foundation for my future work.
As a student, I started my first internship in a coal mine. Now, half a year's internship is over. Looking back on my internship, I was deeply touched and gained a lot.
On my first day at work, I felt quite nervous at first. After communicating with them, I gradually relaxed myself. I insist on going to work early every day, and I can tidy up every desk before others come, so that people in the office can get into work as soon as they arrive. In fact, I always think that everyone has his own advantages, and everyone has something to play, and my internship experience is exactly what I think. Of course, because I just arrived at the mine office, I was not familiar with the work practices, and some things were not handled properly, but I was still diligent in asking them for advice and gradually became familiar with the office of the unit. I understand that the first mistake is not terrible, but the terrible thing is to make mistakes again and again. Usually, I carefully observe the office style of office staff, hoping to improve and complete it better.
In the office, in my spare time, I will read some good literary works on the Internet and practice typing, because in the mine office, I mainly engage in typing, document classification and newspaper classification, and often mainly type documents. I understand that this requires not only fast typing, but also familiarity with computers, especially if I can complete the reception task without the help of other staff.
At first, I felt at a loss about some jobs, which made me feel very sad. At school, I always thought I was doing well. Once I came into contact with reality, I realized how little I knew. Most of the experience and knowledge I learned during this period came from the teaching of leaders and office staff, which is a valuable asset in my life. This internship also made me deeply understand that it is very important to maintain good relations with colleagues at work. To do things, we must first learn to be a man, understand the truth of being a man, and how to get along with others is the most basic problem in modern society.
Discover the importance and necessity of learning and communication. I found that some interns get along with teachers like friends. Teachers like to ask them for help in everything, so they will be the first to think of them. It's not that they flatter or have backgrounds. It's that they get along like friends. On the other hand, a person has a lot of information and skills, and there are many places where he can help others. The more you help others, the more people will be willing to help you. You have a wide network of contacts and you have more and more information. This constitutes a virtuous circle. To change a person's behavior, we must first change his mind. Many times, you will get what you want from others. I am deeply aware that I can't be lonely anymore.
Lonely, others don't take the initiative and ignore themselves. Put yourself in your own small space. I always worry about other people's opinions and find others difficult to approach. An open attitude makes people grow faster and better.
