(a) during the internship, he was given administrative punishment by a law firm for suspending business for rectification;
(2) The law firm is closed or revoked;
(3) The law firm fails to fulfill the internship agreement;
(four) the original guidance lawyer was disqualified as a trainee lawyer, and there is no qualified internship guidance lawyer among the existing lawyers in the law firm;
(five) other reasons really need to be transferred to the internship.
Interns who are under any of the circumstances listed in Items (1) and (2) above shall stop their internship activities before the transfer application is approved. Interns who are under any of the circumstances listed in Items (3), (4) and (5) above shall stop their internship activities and accept the management of the original law firm before the transfer application is approved.
Interns can only be transferred within the state or city. Interns in law firms directly under ministries and agencies can only be transferred between ministries and agencies.
Under special circumstances, the internship time will be recalculated if you apply for an internship across States, cities and jurisdictions. Go through the examination and registration procedures in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III of these Rules.
Thirtieth interns who apply for transfer at the same level in different places shall submit the following materials to the original practicing lawyers association within 30 days from the date of the transfer:
(1) an application for transfer;
(two) the certificate issued by the original law firm that the intern and the firm have completed the file handover and fee settlement;
(3) the internship appraisal certificate issued by the original law firm;
(four) the internship agreement signed by the intern and the law firm to be transferred;
(5) recent one-inch bareheaded color photos of interns;
(6) Original internship certificate.
The lawyers association shall complete the examination within 20 days after receiving the application materials. If the investigation is true, it shall approve the interns to be transferred to the internship law firm, and the internship activities that have been carried out are effective.
