Fujian Provincial Public Security Bureau, also known as Fujian Provincial Security Bureau of China People's Armed Police Guard Force, is an active public security force established at division level, which is mainly responsible for the security of visiting party and state leaders, visiting foreign dignitaries, important meetings and large-scale activities. Security cadres are specifically responsible for the organization and coordination of security services, which have certain professionalism and stability and require higher personal quality.

Acceptance conditions and requirements

(1) The recipient must be an undergraduate, with male students majoring in law, literature, accounting and computer, and female students majoring in literature. Five boys were admitted, 1 girl. According to the interview and political review, it is determined that 12 people will take the knowledge and ability test, psychological test and physical examination.

(two) the recipient must be politically qualified, have a good performance in reality, have a correct attitude towards enlistment, and voluntarily devote themselves to public security. He must be a member of the Communist Youth League of party member or China. His family members and main social relations have no political, economic and historical problems, which meet the political conditions for citizens to be enlisted in the army.

(3) The recipients must be full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who have participated in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities. Mainly graduates who have entered the national "2 1 1 Project" universities, universities directly under the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Public Security, and key universities of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.

(four) the recipient must obtain the graduation certificate on time, and the graduates with bachelor degree or above must obtain the corresponding degree certificate on time.

(5) The admitted undergraduate students are under 24 years old (as of August 3, 20091).

(six) the recipient must meet the "China People's Liberation Army Colleges and universities to recruit students physical examination standards". Binocular * vision, the graduates who plan to increase to command positions are not less than 4.6, and the graduates who plan to increase to technical positions are not less than 4.3. The height of boys is not less than 1.75m, and that of girls is not less than 1. 65 meters.

(7) Under the same conditions, party member, student cadres, outstanding students, graduates who have made outstanding achievements in academic and scientific research, children of cadres who have not been transferred to public security organs for service and retired, children of cadres who have sacrificed their lives in the line of duty, and children of heroes and heroes are given priority.

(eight) graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are assigned to work in grassroots posts, and the actual working time in grassroots posts is not less than 1 year. Individuals may not ask to retire from active service within five years, except for those who are organized and arranged according to the needs of army building.

Not within the scope of reception.

(a) graduates of radio and television universities, correspondence universities, staff universities, amateur universities, self-taught universities, higher education self-taught examinations and other non-ordinary institutions of higher learning;

(2) Graduates from vocational universities, vocational and technical colleges, private colleges, independent colleges and adult colleges;

(3) Commissioned, self-funded and oriented graduates recruited by ordinary colleges and universities;

(4) Graduates trained by military academies for local areas;

(5) graduates with overseas study experience;

(six) during the period of study in school, the compulsory courses have been retaken and re-examined, and more than 4 graduates or 1 graduates failed the re-examination;

(7) Graduates, dropouts, junior college students at the starting point of technical secondary schools, preparatory students, graduates with bachelor degree or above;

(eight) graduates who are considered to have been repeated or suspended for more than half a year, and graduates who have been punished for violation of discipline or other reasons during their school days.

Examination and evaluation

(a) the recipient must pass the unified examination and assessment of knowledge and ability. Anyone who fails the unified examination of knowledge and ability or does not meet the requirements cannot be classified as a subject.

(two) the time, content and organizational form of the unified examination of knowledge and ability shall be determined by the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security.

(3) The main contents of the unified examination of knowledge and ability: political theory, legal knowledge, scientific and technological knowledge, official document writing knowledge and administrative professional ability.

(4) Physical fitness test mainly tests the physical quality and physical coordination ability of the subjects as a basis for whether they can adapt to the needs of the army. Test items: middle and long distance running (8 minutes and 30 seconds for boys and 800m meters for girls in 6 minutes), standing long jump (boys 1.7m, girls 1.6m), push-ups (more than 20 for boys per minute) and sit-ups (girls).

Graded treatment

The enlistment time is counted from June 30th of the year of enrollment. Graduates who pass the probation period will be appointed as deputy police officers and lieutenants by the police station.

Screening and elimination

According to the principle of merit-based admission, from signing the admission agreement to issuing job instructions, the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are screened out.

(1) eliminated in the second interview. The Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security will review the academic degree, physical condition, archival materials and examination results of the recipients, and those who fail the review will be returned to the original school.

(2) Eliminate pre-job training. Comprehensive evaluation of the actual performance, study and training, physical and psychological conditions of the trainees during police training, on-the-job training and military training. Those who are unstable in thinking, have disciplinary actions and are not suitable for military work for physical and psychological reasons will be eliminated. The elimination measures shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Resettlement of Eliminated Students in Military Colleges and Universities.
