One of the major tasks of the branch school is to do a good job of communication and exchange. How to do a good job of "transmitting the microphone" to convey the spirit of kindergarten to the hearts of every faculty member is what I have been implementing and doing in my branch school work.

2. Reject speculation and improve transparency.

Many things always lead to misunderstandings and differences because of ignorance, so how to let teachers know about you and the specific process of this matter is the key to solving the problem. You don't need to guess, because you already know the arrangement of things or participated in specific activities. You are the planner and participant of the event. What else can you guess?

3. Enhance understanding and express emotions.

I remember reading such a test in a magazine, asking some people to express their feelings in front of their lovers, not talking, but using expressions and eyes. Before the test, they guessed that the other party should easily understand their feelings. But the result is surprising. The expression of "full of love" is mistaken for: in a daze, angry, thinking, wanting to call names, etc.

4. Find contradictions and coordinate in time.

There are always contradictions at work, and you can't escape when contradictions appear, let alone express your opinions behind your back. The best way is to let both sides of the contradiction be present and express their ideas to each other. As a coordinator, we should pay attention to guiding both sides to consider the problem from the overall situation and think about how to do it better, so that any contradiction can be solved directly.

5. Implement various systems and standardize the work order of kindergartens.

The implementation of the system is the premise to ensure the normal and orderly development of kindergartens. Some systems already exist, but they are forgotten when they are actually implemented. Therefore, the real interpretation and refinement of the system is the focus of our semester.

6. Strengthen publicity and expand influence.

Because our branch park is located in Dou Wei New Village, we organized a variety of activities in the community square: participating in the cultural performances of the Dou Wei Film Kindergarten, organizing the community performances and art exhibitions of "Celebrating May 1st and Welcoming June 1st", and parent-child activities for 0-3 years old. In terms of parents, targeted publicity activities are also carried out: parents are organized to carry out parent-child activities, and parents are invited to participate in the graduation report performance of large classes.
