T-group appeared very early. T group, also known as interpersonal relationship group and sensitivity training group, is a developmental consulting group targeting at normal people, aiming at improving individual's self-perception and interpersonal perception, promoting individual's interpersonal communication ability, and then gradually developing to those who feel lonely, difficult to communicate with others and lack autonomy in the general population to participate in training.
