Jiangsu driver's license can be changed in Shanghai when it expires. What do I need to prepare to change my driver's license?

1. Prepare two one-inch photos with physical examination certificate, one posted on the upper right of the physical examination form and the other for replacement;

2. Bring your ID card and driver's license to the accreditation hall, fill in the application form for replacement, and then hand over the certificate, physical examination form and application form for replacement to the staff, pay the production fee 10 yuan, and wait for replacement;

3. Check whether there are any unprocessed illegal records before the replacement. If there is, remove it first, otherwise it will not be changed.

4. The replacement can be carried out 90 days in advance, and the time schedule should be reasonable. Do not expire. If the replacement certificate has not expired, the traffic police will find you and punish you with 50 yuan, without deducting points;

5. It's best to handle the photos and physical examination certificates to be replaced directly in the registration hall of the traffic police force. Both expenses are 10 yuan, otherwise, I am afraid that I will be unqualified, and I will have to take a new photo, which will delay the medical examination.

6. The replacement of the certificate is completed on the spot. It takes several days in some big cities, but it can't exceed 15 days at most. You must complete the formalities and then inform you to get a new driver's license.

Motor vehicle drivers shall, within 90 days before the expiration of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply to the motor vehicle management office at or outside the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued. The application information shall be confirmed when applying, and the following certificates and vouchers shall be submitted:

(a) the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver;

(2) The physical condition certificate issued by the medical institution.

Article 64

Motor vehicle drivers whose household registration moves out of the original jurisdiction of the vehicle management office shall apply to the vehicle management office for replacement. Motor vehicle drivers living outside the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office may apply to the vehicle management office for a new card. When applying, it shall confirm the application information, submit the identity certificate of the motor vehicle driver and the motor vehicle driver's license, and declare the physical condition.
