(a) arrange special operations personnel to receive training in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, obtain corresponding qualifications, and hold relevant certificates; (two) three levels of education and training for new employees, interns, factories, workshops and teams; (three) to provide special education and training for personnel who adopt new technologies, new processes, new materials or new equipment; (four) workshop and team education and training for those who have transferred or left their posts for more than six months, and new post education and training for those who have temporarily transferred or changed their posts; (five) to cooperate with foreign construction units to provide special education and training for foreign construction personnel; (six) to cooperate with the labor dispatch unit to carry out post safety operation procedures and skills education and training for the labor dispatch personnel; (seven) to educate and train all employees at least once a year. Production and business units shall, in accordance with the requirements of one person and one file, establish safety production education and training files, and truthfully record the time, content and assessment results of education and training. The training assessment results shall be signed by the personnel responsible for the assessment of the production and business units and the employees themselves. Those who fail to pass the examination of safety production education and training shall not work at their posts.
