Sixteenth in the process of organizing the implementation of training programs, all training units should follow the following working procedures:
(a) to formulate and regularly publish training plans;
(2) The dispatched offices of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the stock exchange shall report this year's training plan to the supervision department of listed companies of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the record at the beginning of each year;
(three) to formulate a detailed training implementation plan, and carefully arrange educational affairs and meetings;
(4) Carefully arrange the training of teachers;
(five) the implementation of the training assessment system, focusing on the mastery of the training content, and there are clear assessment results;
(six) to establish a training quality evaluation link, solicit training opinions and suggestions, and report the results to the regulatory authorities of listed companies;
(seven) the training time, content, assessment results and other related information of registered students;
(8) Submit the training information to the training files of senior managers of listed companies in electronic form within 15 working days after the end of the training program.
Article 17 The training of senior managers of listed companies shall follow the principle of "self-care of expenses and balance of payments", and shall not add additional burden to listed companies.
