Wire and cable action
The functions of wires and cables are mainly to transmit electric energy, signals and realize electromagnetic conversion. For example, power cables and overhead lines transmit power, coaxial cables transmit signals, and enameled wires realize electromagnetic conversion. The generation, transmission and application of electricity and electromagnetic waves must use wires and cables as connection and transmission elements or as winding materials of the main engine.
The cable products used in power system mainly include bare overhead wires, buses (bus bars), power cables (plastic cables, oil-paper power cables (basically replaced by plastic power cables), rubber cables and overhead insulated cables), branch cables, electromagnetic wires and wires and cables for electrical equipment.
