Notice on Issues Related to the National Supervision Engineer Qualification Examination in 2007

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Personnel and the General Office of the Ministry of Construction on Doing a Good Job in the 1998 National Supervision Engineer Qualification Examination (No.1997) and the Notice of the Personnel Examination Center of the Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job in the 2007 National Supervision Engineer Qualification Examination (No.65435 [2006] of the People's Examination Center)
I. Application conditions
(a) who abide by the law and meet one of the following conditions of China people and citizens, can apply to participate in the national supervision engineer qualification examination.
1, college degree or above, majoring in engineering technology or engineering economics, having obtained intermediate positions in engineering technology or engineering economics in accordance with relevant state regulations, and having served for over 3 years;
2, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, to obtain senior positions in engineering technology or engineering economy;
3. 1970 (including 1970), graduated from technical secondary school majoring in engineering technology or engineering economy, and obtained the intermediate position of engineering technology or engineering economy in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and served for three years.
(2) Applicants who are engaged in engineering construction supervision and meet the following four conditions at the same time may be exempted from the two subjects of Construction Project Contract Management and Construction Project Quality, Investment and Progress Control, and only take the exams of Basic Theory and Related Provisions of Construction Project Supervision and Case Analysis of Construction Project Supervision.
Graduated from technical secondary school (including technical secondary school) majoring in engineering technology or engineering economy before 1 and 1970 (including 1970);
2, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, to obtain senior positions in engineering technology or engineering economy;
3. Engaged in engineering design or engineering construction management for 15 years;
4, engaged in supervision work 1 year.
The requirements for academic qualifications in the above-mentioned application conditions refer to the official academic qualifications recognized by the national education authorities, and the deadline for calculating the working years of related majors is the end of 2006.
(3) According to the spirit of the document "Notice of the Ministry of Personnel on Doing a Good Job for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to Participate in the Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel held in the Mainland" (No.9 [2005] of the Ministry of Personnel), since 2005, all Hong Kong and Macao residents who meet the relevant provisions of the National Qualification Examination for Supervision Engineers can sign up for the corresponding professional examinations in accordance with the prescribed procedures and requirements.
Residents of Hongkong and Macao who apply to take the national supervision engineer qualification examination shall submit their identity certificate, corresponding professional education or degree certificate approved by the education administrative department of the State Council, and proof of working years in relevant professional institutions.
Second, the examination subjects and time schedule
The examination time is from May 12 to May 13, 2007. The specific arrangements are as follows:

May 12, 9: 00 am-11:00, contract management of construction projects.
2: 00-5: 00 pm Quality, investment and schedule control of construction projects
May 13, 9: 00 am-11:00, basic theory of construction project supervision and related laws and regulations.
Case analysis of construction project supervision from 2 pm to 6 pm
Third, the examination results management
The examination results are managed in a rolling way, with a period of two years. Those who take all four exams must pass all subjects in two consecutive examination years. Some subjects are exempt from the examination, and must pass the examination subjects of that year.
Fourth, the registration method
This exam adopts online registration and online payment. The applicant must hold an online payment card of China Merchants Bank, China Industrial and Commercial Bank or China Construction Bank. Specific operations are managed according to two categories of personnel: non-first-time applicants and first-time applicants.
(1) Non-first-time applicants must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network (website: www.bjpta.gov.cn, the same below) from February 20, 2006 to October 5, 2007, and go through online registration and online payment procedures directly according to online requirements.
(2) The operating procedures of the first-time applicant are as follows:
1. Applicants must log on to Beijing Personnel Examination Network from February 20th to February 29th, 2006, fill in and submit the Qualification Examination Form for National Supervision Engineer Qualification Examination (hereinafter referred to as the Qualification Examination Form);
2. After the submission, print the qualification form on A4 paper, and paste two recent two-inch (34mm×45mm) bareheaded photos of the same original in the specified position. The qualification examination form needs to be examined and sealed by the personnel (cadre) department of my unit (if my files are stored in the talent service center, it shall be examined and sealed by my unit first, and then by the file storage department);
3. Applicants shall go to the designated place for qualification examination from February 27, 2006 to February 29, 2006 with the qualification examination form, my identity certificate (ID card, motor vehicle driver's license, military officer's card, passport, the same below), academic certificate and professional title certificate (all the above documents are original). Applicants who meet the exemption conditions also need to hold a certificate issued by the regulatory authorities on the number of years of supervision or a seal of the regulatory authorities on the column of supervision years in the qualification review form.
Qualification examination place:

4. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network before June 5, 2007, pay the registration fee online, and complete all the registration procedures after confirming the successful payment of the registration fee.
(3) All applicants who have gone through the registration and payment procedures must log on to the Beijing Personnel Examination Network from May 9 to May 1 1 2007, download and print the admission ticket, and take the exam at the specified time and place with this admission ticket and my original identity certificate.
